Have to agree with Charlton useing stainless braided brake lines Toyota OEM brake pads all round instead of the Mintex jobbies vast improvement and less dust and annual brake fluid changes are a big help. TBH N/A brakes do seem to get alot of stick, but normally are upto the job I drive my car fairly spirited and have no complaints so far.

Depends really you get what you pay for.A good Facelift £4000 plus.

Yeah I'll take a pair as well for when I eventually buy some Facelift rears.

Samething here about 18 months ago, so I un screwed the back seat carpet cover and found the end of the catch had come un hooked from the mechanism. Rather than just hook it back on I took the precaution of threading the end of the catch and glueing a nut on to stop it popping off again.

I've had a S13 as well and personally don't rate the CA 1.8 engine even standard low mileage bottom ends tend to give up quite easily. Interestingly Nissan dropped this engine after only a couple of years and put the S14 2.0 in the Jap version the SX180 quite a few have been imported across here. S15 is the one to have.
