  1. Another restless's car, sorry to see about the sill rust that was hidden. Can get a replacement panel and have a bodyshop cut it out, weld the new one in and sort it properly, if you go that route get them to seal the inside to
  2. Just for anyone looking, from having a look online, the Toyota Camry LE emblems in gold look very similar to the Supras, dont hold me to it though Just trying to help...

  4. I use Blueprints or the black k&n ones. Can be had for less than a fiver. The white k&n ones are pointless with that useless spanner thingy. Id recommend blue prints for the price they are very high quality. Higher than k&n.
  5. I agree, for a engine to get corrosion on the cast alu parts it has to of been open to the elements for quite some time
  6. its actually a m10 as i remember as i stripped mine, got a tap and die, and a bolt from toyota all sorted bolt was like 1.50 and the tap was 2-3 quid of ebay
  7. Thats bloody expensive when you have to consider drainage time and time for the rtv to set.
  8. DAB ariels and Supras wont work unless you have a massive ariel to pick up the signal as they are near useless in town centres
  9. Yea on the subjet of mrP, hes always there when we need him.
  10. Could of swore you listed that at 100 before you added the picture?
  11. You drain the sump and drop it before anything to replace the filter. Once its all back on and cured. Overfill the box with a good few litres...flush it at the cooling line then fillto the full mark. DavidP has it all on his group page. Dont go into thinking its going to be a simple task. Because its not and very time consuming.
  12. The bolts are exposed when the disc is off. But wont come off the hub unless a section if cutt off the old and new shield.
  13. Cracked alloy wheel? Steering rack damage? Shock absorber/spring damage?
  14. What a machine! i was never a fan of sidewall logos but you really pulled it of on this one mate 10/10 for me
  15. Are you shi**ing me mate. After all the gob you gave about the forum going downhill your not willing to give up information you discovered to help fellow enthusiasts. Or do you want us to pay more joining fees before your willing to..disgusting attitude and id quite like to see you banned.
  16. Its not so straight foward on the front mate. You need some aviation tin snips to cut a peice out to be able to slide the old ones off and new ones on.
  17. For the price comparison and similarity call Rob@likwidart. I spoke and made a order with him recently. Very freindly
  18. I think this is the better plan. Get you to overhaull my box...shimmed actuactors cleaned acumulators and what not, proper quality fluid and get the a650e sump fitted *properly* id rather not dig any deeper as those boxes have gotten the better of me. For now. Will call you tomorrow David and let you know what the outcome is.
  19. I was going to fit a A650E sump, but seeming as the A650E is deeper than the A340E, those reverse pipes actually sit on the A340E sump, when fitting the A650E sump theres a gap now that allows them to pop off. I loved the idea of a nice OE mod to the box, but its too much of a ball ache and im reverting back to the original A340E, ill keep the A650E sump tucked away for some other time. But im too fedup to go any further with it. Want my reverse cheers David
  20. On the phone to David for me today - DAVID HELP MY GEARBOX IS FUDGED! after a drain and partial flush ive lost reverse. Seems my accumulator has gotten stuck after the overnight drain...not the end of the world, i can manage with it without reverse just have to be tactical until it gets sorted which has gotten me thinking...if anyone has a NA gearbox they can drop off pm me would be good if the worst was to happen
