  5. aye the humber bridge meet over bank hol had been posted for ages I was going to go after i caught up with a friend down for the weekend but by the time we had finished catching up my sister called to say people had pretty much left. any meet for me is out the window for a while.. at least till i get my car fixed =/ Nipponsquad still meet every Thursday night around 7pm at the humber bridge now, butive not been to one of those yet. do you just turn up and say "hi.. nice car.."
  6. I get what you mean, but i dont exactly plan on crashing it, its just unfortunate that sometimes accidents do happen and id rather have it since its a safety feature than not have it its just a precaution. If it can be chopped down a bit and modded then thats the info I was after cheers
  7. Is there any way to keep / slightly move the crash bar and have this bumper fitted? Id really like to keep it in place but this bumpers getting fitted to mine.. bodyshop also says they recommend keeping the crash bar.. i know its only a bit of aluminium offering low protection but in the bang ive had recently it kinda stopped damage to the radiator and some other bits.. if it wasnt there, in that instance.. id be up the creek without a paddle at the moment!

    Black Hull

Im pretty sure they changed venue and now meet at the humber bridge guys (nipponsquad). Apparently they had hassle from police due to the boy racers who fly around there which arent part of nipponsquad, so theyve had to find a new location and the humber bridge was settled on.. at least thats the parts of it that I read
  9. ahhhh, according to a few people here Steves the man for parts ill ask him and update here..
  10. ah.. he had to ship it from japan? damn.. was it Steve Manley you spoke to ? im hoping my parts are in stock
  11. LOL yeah i was thinking the same with the mr T thing. 33 quid for a bit of rubber.. harsh but i guess its essential for not damaging the front of your bonnet
  12. ive added it to the list of things to get prices for tomorrow as i need to buy parts off him for the bumper Bit of rubber and metal.. cant imagine it being that pricy
  13. I think hes looking to buy it ? its in the wanted section
  14. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=68023&d=1196892291 If you get no luck, im pretty sure that this is the part number.. Im going to be calling Steve Manley @ toyota tomorrow to try and get hold of other bits for the bumper, ill mention this part and find out how much it is from them if you want? by the looks of the diagram.. I would imagine it is part 52521.. i think..
  15. courier search resulted in finding lots of bad comments, and luckily Knight-Racer has a bonnet in stock so removing my reservation Many thanks Bossco for reserving it for me in the first place =)
  16. trying to find out what the carraige charge would be to have a courier pick it up will have to give them a call tomorrow
  17. Are you going to spray it Matt Black or were you thinking of the vinryl wrap stuff that was bouncing around here before?
  18. Hi peeps The hinges on my glove box lid have broken and its really beginning to annoy me now. ive tried to fix it.. but it doesnt tend to wanna stay fixed..its the main box thing behind the gear stick Does anyone have a good condition one (My current is sort of in very good condition except for the hinges being nackered) for sale? Id prefer one without any scratches or major wear / tear etc. also - anyone know how hard these are to replace? If you have one please PM me with a price including delivery if possible - pics would be great too of the main visible parts - location is Hull, East Yorkshire. Also trying to find a decent replacement automatic gear handle cover thing. The leather one on mine is worn and looks like whoever had it before me wore rings on that hand. Cheers!
  19. Anyone know what that central box things proper name is? Im talking of the box to the left of the drivers seat, with storage space for cds and such, with the lid that opens, sat behind the ash tray.. The lid on mine is naffed and I wanna look around the forums to see if people have fixed them, or what could be done with it etc. Or even the possibility of replacing it.. but I dont know what its called in order to seach for it Cheers
