This is aimed at anyone who has went NA-TT, Assuming you have declared to your insurance company how much £ did your insurance go up by? Did you stay stock? or go BPU at the same time. Is it classified as a modified NA or just a TT? Any relevant info is appreciated. Many thanks.

I'm looking at engine cranes as I'm going to need one soon, I was going to hire one but its £20 a day and I'll probably need it for about a week plus driving back and forth to collect it will probably be cheaper to buy a cheap one. Do I need a long reach crane or will a standard one do if the front bumper and slam panel is removed? I was thinking about one of THESE. Any opinions

IIRC NA and TT are the same... but TT facelift front was slightly thicker. Don't quote me though.

Brightness dial fully turned to the right? not trying to insult your intelligence but It can be the simple things. Also double check all plugs are pushed all the way in on the back of the dials.

Just in case anyone is trying to buy one I seen this on ebay and asked the seller if its definitely from a TT? I got an arrogant answer back stating "NO and the ad DOESN'T state that it is from a TT" I explained the difference from GTE and GE but the seller hasn't edited his ad and this was a week or so ago. I got a TC off a member in the end however. So shows you should always ask relevant questions before you buy...esp on flea bay.

If I see an audi TT pass by I pay no attention, if I see a supra my eyes are fixed. Forget the fact that you have NA power and just enjoy the fact that you own a supra. Drive economically if need be
