Yep part of superconductivity, specifically the meissner effect. There using liquid nitrogen to cool the superconductor which changes its properties into a diamagent, this cancels all the flux lines inside it an causes it to become suspended like in the video.

After a new electric aerial seen as the track on mine has snapped, dont need the motor etc, just the metal shaft and the plastic track attached to it. Cheers
