  1. The "i" would be a little add on to an otherwise legal plate as that arrangement is not permissible. Whhhhhhhhhhy pay out for a plate like that as it's limited to that car only! Hrmm!
  2. I'm supporting my route that I took back then Thanks
  3. Haha if it was just draped over instead of bonded (I was meaning the "GTi" compared to the TDi but yeah )
  4. He'll look better losing though
  5. Yeah they're £300 or so from Toyota. Labour was quoted at something like £900 as well. Instead, I got one from that site and then did it myself. £1129 saved. Woop!
  6. It depends how much you are looking to spend as that will determine how well looked after a car you can get hold of. There are a couple of things that happen commonly to the Supra (crank pulley, heater matrix etc.) but it's just inevitable wear. Mine, for example, is 17 years old. It just so happened that both the crank pulley and the heater matrix failed within 3 months of ownership. Otherwise it's all good! It's worth the expense! As mentioned though, look after it and it'll stay strong.
  7. I wasn't saying anything about "buy an expensive one", I didn't read any of the other posts on the thread, just stating my own opinion. I think all the other lips for stock either look pants or are too common.
  8. http://www.demisterman.co.uk/Toyota/Toyota%20Supra%20Mk4%201993-98%20heater%20matrix.php There you go. Best price. That's the one I just replaced my knackered one with.
  9. True, I'd just consider doing it now so that you don't HAVE to take the dash out again.
  10. For stock bumper, I'd go for the HKS Kansai in Carbon Fibre every day of the week (pic isn't CF):- http://image.nengun.com/catalogue/original/nengun-1668-02-hkskansai-front_lip.gif[/img
  11. I hope you're doing your heater matrix while the dash is out
  12. No motorway incidents with her yet? Shame.
  13. If anyone wants one of these, they are only £1 + P&P!!
  14. You'd only even consider bothering if you had smashed the stock stuff. What a waste.
  15. Yeah, when I was getting front end stuff priced up, I was hit with the shocking numbers (that I told marcAB10 ) of £289 and £400 for the bumper cover and lip respectively. What a joke!
  16. Better stop looking at it then huh
  17. I'm dead set on going for it when I can get all the bits together! Geo - you have stock wings or the Ridox wider ones? I've never studied your car enough! Haha!
  18. I hope he doesn't. It's on my list of bits for the resurface :p
  19. As it stands right now? http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs312.snc4/40960_505740762693_339200132_192458_7403056_n.jpg And like this one the outside (but now also with the intercooler and impact bar removed as well:-
  20. That Lotus looks naaaasty Poor guy. Glad he'll be ok though Looks - and sounds from your story - like great fun! Nice one
  21. Good write up big man I have a "cyclic" sounding idle, it just seems to go slightly up and down constantly. Guessing that cleaning this would do the trick?
