Drove into the City fine. Parked. After 2 minutes tried to start the car again. It cranks fine, maybe splutters once, like it's gonna start but doesn't.

I've got bog standard numberplates on the car. I think they really drag down its appearance. Any recommendations on nice style plates and where to get them? It's got a standard UK size plate on the front and a jap plate on the back.

I'm thinking of getting something like this to replace the factory head unit in a B6 Passat. Has anyone any experience / recommendations of putting a unit like this in a VW?

It says 1997 if you read the full description. Mileage seems ridiculously low. Lack of MOT for that long would be enough for me to bail. Specially at 20k. Even if genuine, I dunno, 17k?

Hi- I fitted a set of Defi DIN gauges into my car. They fit in nicely in the bottom half of the jap radio slot. It includes water temp, oil temp and oil pressure. I rang my friend in Toyota Ireland there and they said that part is no longer available. Can anyone suggest an alternative source?

Thanks Nic, I'm not sure but I think that may be the one I got before that was incorrect. I might just take a chance and order one from Toyota, it's not like it's an expensive part.
