I have a front abs sensor for sale mate but no hub!
-
So true and people will ignore the 99% but concentrate only on the 1%......................... mad!
-
I'm a muslim and believe that guy is a right pr4t and should be chucked out of this country! I for one wouldn't want to live under sharia law, so he can take his fecking preaching somewgere else. I know u non muslims feel angry about these issue's but trust me being a moderate muslim u feel even worser because all this affects u in a big way. If he wants sharia law then why not feck off to country where it is already in place?.....................................hold up, they dont pay any social benefits their, do they?
-
Same here and also the pain!
-
Agree totally and most of it is culture in certain countries than religion itself. Most extremists may believe in the practices above but again only in certain countries. U will find hardly any new generation muslims born in this country that share the above practices because they share a british culture and have adapted to society.

Fecking cock roaches the lot of them! Signed the petition, but this is just so wrong and can not believe they would even consider such a appaling idea! Stop fecking wasting money on stupid dead projects and unneccesary speed cameras but this is a joke. So basically u get a ticket and even if your innocence is proved u still have to pay court fees. Would u not be able to take then police to court if u were proved innocent and sue them for the cost's incurred?......................................I would try at least and sue them for consequential losses and any other thing i could think of as well!

OK mate, done its yours.

SOLD:I have a pair of spring clamps which i bought some time ago and never got to use them. They are supposed to be heavy duty but no idea as never used them but look decent quality. £15 delivered within uk.

Have a pair of used tyres 255 35 19's. One is a pirelli and the other a michelin ps2 and both are more or less on the min markers but evenly worn and technically still legal? Good for track or drift. £30 + postage/collection for the pair.

If it has only done 35k and has a FBMWSH then seems a good deal TBH. Depends greatly on color/spec with these cars and for re-sale Sat nav, heated seats, bluetooth comms etc are very good selling points and cars without these are generally 1-2k cheaper. U can alway get a private warranty as the mileage is low and apparenty tesco do a good one and a few others out their as well. A few lads have these aftermarket warranties and have had no issues making claims as long as it is a reputable company. Only thing is...................its a CAB!!!!!

This really could be applied to the manual version too. There is only one clutch in the SMG, the same clutch unit as the normal manual with a few tweaks. The SMG is purely a robotised version of the Getrag used in the manual. If anything the manual might be more open to abuse as the engine/gearbox nannying is taken away. And yet for all their winning about wanting a manual version a greater number of SMG's were sold over the manual Well TBH i have been around many m3's now and very rarely is a manual ever had problems. The gearboxes are much like the supra getrag and very robust and with the smg it is usually the associated parts that fail like the pump and not the box itself. Smg also have other niggles like if your bonnet switch is playing up then u can't drive the car and silly salmon coloured fuses that pop etc. All these headaches are avoided by going manual and especially if out of warranty. The only reason i think more smg's were sold is because it was the novelty of being different and back then when they were brand new, no one knew of the many smg problems that we know now.

May be able to get some goodyear eagle f1 gsd3's, matching pair of a mate....BUT their 265 30 19's.
-
And forgot to mention mines also a manual. Didn't want the smg incase it went wrong and especially with higher mileage cars.
-
Nothing wrong with 100k miles, its just broken in! Mine has near 120k and still pulls like a steam train and has good compression. Never buy a M car just on mileage but on overall condition and these engines are good for 200k plus. I've seen 40k cars with the last 10k on track for sale and 100+k cars which have had about 80k miles on motorway use so had a realtively easy life. My current one had covered something like 80k in the first 2 and half years on motorways. U have to remember that it is a M car and not turbo'd which may suffer more from a beating. Ask any M owner and they will tell u these cars need a good spanking once in a while to keep them on their toes. They have been designed to be ragged and love every bit off it.

Manual for me anyday! Smg's are ok when working but too many niggles and problems for me personally. Silly things like if your bonnet switch is fecked or not closed fully the smg light comes on and think stops the car from starting up. SMG pumps fail as do the fuses/solenoids and u can't fix them locally as they need software changes etc. I'd only buy one if it was low mileage under warranty and they seem to be cheaper at higher mileages compared to equivelent manuals.

Just curious, if a airbag is deployed then it normally will pop out say 1 foot. So if someone has a forward facing child seat in the front and has the passenger seat as far back as it goes, so creates say 2 foot of room in front of child seat. Is this not safe as well because their airbag can not reach the child seat? I mean in my m3 i have side airbags and curtain airbags in the rear, so a baby seat would be only inches away from them. The law is a bit confusing really and i have had this above debate with the manager of mothercare who seemed totally clueless as to what answer she should give me.

I know what u mean mate, inspection 2 service on the m3 is over half the price of a rebuild on a rx7! I do like them though and always fancied one but put off due to following badpoints, heavy on fuel, hard to tune, easily get flooded and then don't start straight away(embarrasing in traffic!), Have electrical niggles sometimes due to poor grounding and corrision, Generally unreliable unless u get a good one with history etc. I considered one before my supe but glad i bought the supe instead.

Nice to hear fromu bud and by the sounds of it your loving it! Yep freezing our nadges off as normal and reading this i'm getting the feck out of here somewhere warm myself for a holiday!
-
You would probaly be better off with a 2.0-2.5 as they are similar on fuel anyway. The smaller engines struggle to pull the weight of the car, so end up getting more strained and use more fuel. 323i are fine as are the 325i and i would consider a 328i if fuel is not a major problem because the 328i only drinks a touch more than the 325i and is pretty nimble as well.

Thoughts are with u and your family mate, just remember the good times and be strong.

I bought a 2001 punto for the mrs's and it started leaking oil as the sump ha rusted through! I fixed this and then it started pi$$ing out oil from the RMS seal in gearbox, so had that done. Driving back home and the check light came on, so put my reader and it gave acode for lambda sensor and reset it with no joy. Well since then the airbag light has also come on and reading on the fiat forums, alot of people just carry on driving them with the lights on as it seems to make no difference. FIAT= failure in automotive technology or fix it again tomorrow! They say u only buy one fiat....................i sure wont be buying another one!
