iv been trying to get a middle box for my silent hi power, no success yet. im single turbo and getting grief from the law on its loudness!!

thank you both, no i didnt put the leads on the wrong way around.following on from this thread, http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?236569-Car-not-starting-when-warm i believe the igniter to be faulty or at least i hope it is so if these part numbers can be switched on the cars then i shall find out soon.

sorry to dig up this old thread but can anyone confirm if these two igniters are inter changeable?? i have the 89621-22020 and can borrow the 89621-22030 to test on my car

Bit of an update on the testing. ok the car starts fine from cold, ticks over and revs no problem until the engine warms up. it then cuts out and will not restart until it has cooled down for about 15 mins. once it is not starting i seam to have no spark on cranking for about 4/5 seconds then it will spark for 2 secs then none again for 4/5 and so on. both cam sensors have a reading of 1.4k ohms and the crank sensor about 1.2k ohms according to my findings these should be ohms and not k ohms so maybe someone can confirm?

Hi all, looking for some advice or things to check/test please. my Jspec has AEM, BW 91-79, 264 cams and 650cc injectors. it starts fine when cold, once it warms up it cuts out and will not restart untill its left to cool down again. i am getting a spark, i have fuel pressure and have rpm on cranking when looking at the AEM with the laptop. Ryan was also helping over the phone but still no joy yet Anyone have any ideas??

wow that looks amazing, is there much "extra" work to get these fitted up? i think you need to relocate the battery, but is there much else for doing?? sorry for butting in!!

i bought the HKS silent hi power and im pretty sure its the one on the left, no centre box and its stamped on it as silent hi power which its far from silent

do you think the AEM could work ok with a flexisensor?? loads of biofuel hear alright from E5 to E85 but they say the consistancy is not great and it changes from winter to summer, no idea why though
