thanks guys, i should have said its a manual. also another point i forgot is usually with a good rev it clears its self and could be ok again for an hour or a day... i have a short log taken from the AEM which i think shows it running rich but im not really sure what im looking at!! ill post it in a few mins, it may also help

Hi All, i have this problem for a while now, every now and then my car runs very rich. 10afr on my gauge and black smoke in my mirror!! i cant make it happen and it may not happen everyday, sometimes comming up to a roundabout, sometimes just cruising along at normal road speeds and sometimes it may be just ticking over. it does cut the car out but not everytime. so far i have gotten my PE650 injectors flow tested, all ok ( although the report said they were actually 740's?) changed the plugs bkr8eix changed the wideband sensor in the exhaust im now lost and confused, i dont want to keep annoying Ryan g as he is a busy man so im hoping for some input from you guys. Hi all, im looking for an injector..yes just one really unless there is a full set going cheap i believe one of my injectors is sticking open now and again, maybe every second day. any help would be great

im not sure what to do, the tanabe medalion, which seams to be the quietest is very expensive, im tryin to get a silencer to fit my own one at the moment to see if it works

I run a GT35R, 650cc injectors and an AEM ecu. i got just under 500bhp it was suggested that to get more i need cams

its not too for me, i like the sound of it.. but i dont have a choice at the moment im on my last warning to make it quieter, i did think about fitting one of those ECV things but it would be easier just to have a quieter exhaust. i suggested the Tanabe Medallion Touring as from searching they seam to be the best option, ill post a sound clip and pics tomorrow. its like new

Hi all, not sure if anyone is interested but i need a quieter exhaust, cat back. ideally something like a Tanabe Medallion Touring as i am single turbo so i dont want anything too restrictive. I have a HKS silent Hi-power about 8 months old. I bought it new but only about 1000 miles on it as i dont drive it often.

i ran 1.2 bar both cats out ect for ages with the stock ecu..never any trouble, never used anything special in the fuel just the regular 95, and i had a wideband fitted it looked as if it was running slightly rich

passed my nct last week with 1 cat, if you are near Galway you can borrow mine. they are off a jspec TT

use E5 petrol from Maxol, available in most places now. 5% bioethalol and its ment to be 99 ron,

alot of Maxol`s are selling E5 which is 5% bioethanol and 99ron ish, or so im told.. but i live in Galway and there is no Maxol which sell it... by the way if anyone needs anything or info from here let me know

lol iv stopped adding it up!! got most of the bits from Nic on here so he might be able to tell you more,6-7k at a guess but i started buying parts along time ago in stages not to fork it out in one lump, and then do it all when i had everything... Im sure i have saved a serious amount by fitting it myself and learnt alot along the way so far

Update Getting there now, starting to look like a single turbo!! most of the single kit is fitted, the PE 650 injectors are also done, next up is the HKS DLI, Map sensor and AEM ECU also fitted HKS silent hi power, or not so silent hi power!!

I have been reading up on the single build from Homer (thank you) but i am just wondering on the following pipes.. and what to do with them, i think number 4 on the pic goes back on just after my air filter?? can anyone tell me the pipes 1-4??? cheers
