  1. massive compressor wheels (the housing is seriously machined out) use inconnel shafts, 360 thrust and much much more according to justin
  2. i followed the instructions on this site, but just swapped front lights for rear! Remove lights, the remove all bits the casing etc... slap in the oven at 150c for about 5mins..... take out... work the glue loose.... put back in if needed... till there free..... ps - watch your hands on the metal frame part on one off the side... i cought it on my arm..... it feckin hurt!!!
  3. i blew my no1 turbo exhaust blades off the garage the did the same to my replacements! so, hybrids on the way It sounds more like a hose.... or something to do with the (one of) vsv for the 2nd turbo? Hope yours are'nt gone!

  9. i dont mind paying for them to strip the turbos down the first time... and of course the service - say £400 but its them trying to charge for stripping twice..... plus my car is just lying there with no turbos on it now!
  10. the garage are trying to charge me 881 for the repair work..... (new battery and service included) They said they had fixed the car ..... only No1 spun up! Justins used turbos were in good nic when it went in.... No1 has no exhaust blades now! the car was drivable when it went in..... it is not now.... Good Deal isnt it!!!!!!!! fuck Sake! Just going to ship the car down to Justin now.... bit of a treck tho any ideas on prices or companies to get it down there from Edinburgh? And any idea's on what to do about the 'cowboy' garage? (they have been ok with me till money was a subject ).??? I emailed trading standars this morning to get a bit of advice, and have managed to get a cash price down to 700.... but thats still stupid money for making a car worse!!!! gurn gurn gurn!! still havent even fixed the rear damage from nova boy either!

  12. to be honest..... because i wont be able to afford them got my other car to pay final bit on, insure, tax etc soon plus all the gubbins above... i will consider it in a few months tho
  13. due to my lack of turbos 2 sets, 2 good No2's, 2 No1's with no exhaust blades im looking for more!!!! Anyone recommend places for hybrids? and what do you think the following spec would produce? J-Spec with HKS superdrager HKS frontpipe CW Downpipe Apexi fuel comp Apexi boostcontroller HKS S-type IC Walbro pump Fuel pressure regulator pair of mild to not so mild hybrids running about 1.5+ bar

  16. nothing wrong with leith you seen the amount of supra's that go round about there ! Anyway - the car..... the fixed it..... was a disconnected vacuum hose.... they then fucked it again its back to what it was like before the 'good' turbos were fitted.... i hope to god they havent blown the new ones ona testdrive!

  18. do you think this maybe the prob with mine? 2nd turbo isnt comming on line at all!!! (Replacement turbos just fitted) Which hose, where..... im crap with all the 3letter phrase things!!! what does VSV stand for anyway?
  19. thats what i suggested to the owner of the garage... just feels as if the 2nd turbo isnt opening up (i'll get him to take it out tomorrow morning with me in the psgr seat watching the boost) me and him were pottering round for 30mins this eve, but he kept trying to tell me that supra turbos worked in parallel i just wish it was all better
  20. cars still in the garage they cant work out whats wrong They were trying to tell me thats how it should be!!! I.e turbos both working at the same time..... My response... er, NO! Justin, Chris - is it OK to give them your num so they can have a chat with someone whos knows the cars a bit better?
  21. its back in the garage already, told them about the probs.... i'll c if they can fix it... they were meant to in the first place!!
  22. its going in to get fluids etc changed tomorow anyway..... so i'll get them to have a look..... see if theres any stupid mistakes going on The battery was disconnected, same effect as removing fuses
  23. no - i got Justin Foden's old set to use as a stop gap..... There std! It idles just above 500 and isnt the smoothest
