  1. Does anyone elso suffer from this ? or is it just the shite scottish weather Water seems to be getting into the bay from somewhere and sitting around/underneith the battery tray and airbox!
  2. did it.... and i felt the difference !! reset the ECU too car started fine aswell, idles fine! Cheers!
  3. Cheers guys! Much appreciated I'll take some pics of the correct fuses etc for future ref too! and i'll let you know what i think of the power/feel (maybe not tonight tho as its pissing down ) Got some good news today too! My wee track car's finally getting its engine put in

  5. launch in 2nd? - take it you have a manual then 2 fuses for trac? any pics? diagrams of locations or do they say trac etc (never looked in my fuse box yet) 'It is also thought to totally remove the trac control over traction' so just remove the fuses permanently? Resesting ECU - just disconnect battery yeh?

  8. I'll take my pen and paper!! Still havent done a run with just me in the car yet!! All runs will be without headlight... unless its pissing it down 1st run - airbox, in manu mode 2nd run - airbox, in auto 3rd run - airbox, in manu with OD off 4th run - HKS cone, in manu 5th run - HKS Cone, in auto 6th run - HKS Cone, in manu with OD off got my mates are coming along, UK spec prodrived p pack scoob and a 270bhp Audi TT... should beat them ( i hope ).... all depends on my infamous crail starts i.e sideways! hehehehe wish my exhaust and de-cat would just arrive too... they should help me nudge it into the 13's!!!
  9. hehheh! cheeky! Im going on the 1/4mile again this sun, so it'll be out then... plus i'll do runs with the box in, then filter on Water Prob- I'll check all the seals etc... but most looked fine to the eye! HKS - super water sucker
  10. I'll give it a try, re giggering around with it to raise it a bit.... Water asctually poured out of it when i took it off heres a pic of its original mounting
  11. Ive now removed mine..... as the car seems sluggish of the mark.. BUT also, there seems to be water getting into the engine and sitting underneither the cone.... soaking it in the process!! see pic Any ideas where this waters getting in? does it happen on your car?

  13. it sets the pressure at which it'll 'fire'... i asked the same was tld, dont bother unless you know what your doing! I dont, so i didnt!!

  17. Done Blitz - Yellow = +ve black = -ve still concerned with the low boost.... or is that as it should be?

  20. need a quick bit of advice Got my Blitz 52mm illumi meter boost gauge today... and... instructions are jap as usual Wires - i take it blacks +ve and yellows -ve? also... anyone know off hand any nice holes in the bulkhead to slip the rubber tubing through

  25. dont know the legal requirements... but i got my rears made up by the importers! Try a local importer, there bound to have contacts!! ALSO - I got a producer from the police because the characters on my plates were 1mm too narrow!! yes 1mm!!! the bloody check of them!!!! Never mind the old granny getting mugged! lets harras this guy!
