supraspeed

I was coming off the M25 round-about this morning around 7ish and i get onto a main staright road. i got about 50yrds down the road when outta nowhere some fu**ing tw@t!!! moves accross onto my side of the road trying to overtake something and the only thing i could do was swerve onto a grass verge. i hit a high curb, hit a water main, span the back round into a tree completely wrecked the whole p/s quarter and the front bumper and the support bars in the rear, ripped off the rear spoiler, ripped off the rear light. smashed the back window and much more stuff i can't remember. the car is a total write-off and thers no witnesses. i'm screwed!!! i can't believe the person in the other car just continued went they blatently saw me go off road. i suspect they stayed behind the vehicle they were trying to overtake so nobody noticed. I'm sooo MAD!!!

dam it!!! still not working...bring on the electricians...

ive checked fuses and back of dials for bulbs and any obvious loose connections behind the centre console and around the fuse box. still no night lights are working and its starting to get a bit annoying... n e body got any ideas???

i see.......i think i know why my gauges started to stop working one by one... i must investigate this futher... cheers

i cant work out what this apexi thing is or does and if its a boost device as i expect does anyone no how i work it......another thing ive found lurking behind the centre console...it comes up with displays but i don't no what they mean... i don't no how to get images on ere so check out the last pic in my garage for it HELP!!!

sorry to hear it mate- i HATE!!! ppl like that its about time clifford or someone got night vision cameras mounted around the car (descreetly of course) so we could catch these filthy dirty scummers.... and then the police can say they come from a bad background and they don't know any better and let them off.........maybee flame guns from all angles fire when the alarm is activated lol..

Is it worth a "lot" less, cos if thats the case i'm buggered when the time comes to sell mine lol. i can see your point when u say bout the engine being changed but i'm looking at this from a buyers view rather than someone converting it themself.

ok.. i'm not using mine as a basic example. i'm just saying that if u take away the turbos, theres not much difference in the build- a slightly different spec engine i think. otherwise people wouldn't bother ever converting them..unless its six speed where it starts to get well pricey

yeah but theres not that massive difference between a N/A converted TT and a original TT. Ive got a 5 speed single converted from a N/A and its great!

yeah i thought that as well. plus a "few quid" and u can replace the bumper(s) anyway

yeah, its under the passanger floormat, not very secretive. i got the car off ebay from some trader who got it from japan but only told me he had no idea of what was going on under the bonnet only after the gearbox exploded! cheeky c*nt!!! that was a month later but like a sucker i didn't get a warrenty or n e thing so i was screwed really. he's recently stopped trading.....i wonder why, tw*t

FCon V (V-5 i presume) i was told buy the seller- gave me a load about loosing the dyno readout and its on a certain amount of boost etc... i gave my dad a quick run on the motorway against his evo fq400 and i was a bit quicker so i'd imagine its around those figures anyway- i'l be well pissed if it turns out not to be though.....

The things that i need to do with this cars proper piling up, find and fix traction control, convert km-mph, fix interior lights, fix handbrake, get car dyno'd, find out what map setting its running on, fit working seatbelts, get aircon gassed, get new spoiler sprayed and fitted, get new headlight, buy new tires to fit new wheels, fit wheels, find out why all aftermarket gauges shut off independantly of each other in 3 days, change exhaust system, ...........use wire wool to uncover turbo make.....tomorrow...find out where my moneys going......

i would like to know what my turbo is but theres so much stuff above & between it that i can't make out anything, plus its got surface rust or something on the actual turbo so i can't make out any names or ref codes...also doesn't help having heat plates everywhere lol...

This might sound like a stupid question...and probably is.... but when people talk about a turbo being 400bhp or 600bhp etc.. is this talking about what the turbo produces or what the car will produce when its fitted or what the turbo's capable of etc...???

until i get bucket seats i'm afraid these "chavtastic" covers will just have to do lol... better than the minging ones already in them anyway.

fuses eh...are though located under the panel beneath the steering wheel?

anybody????....using blue neons to light up clocks is a bit too chav for my liking...

all my lights (centre console and dials speedo rev etc) dont work. i checked the bulbs on the speedo, rev dials but are all fine. the lights always work on the centre console when the buttons are pressed. when i switch my headlights on the other lights that should switch on don't come on, any ideas?

got a chip to convert the speedo from km to mph and it talks about a speed sensor located at the rear of the engine on the drivers side with a 3 pin plug connected to it. basically ive got a million wires round everywhere and have no idea where to find it? anybody no exactly where it is?

i was told its pumping out between 400-450bhp. i wouldn't say its far off as i can keep up with mu dad's evo 8 fq400 no problem.......on a straight n e way ll. its a brand new getrag shipped from germany, cost £1000, ive got no idea what they use them in normally

yeah, all done before i got it from japan, prob is i don't know what the hell is going on under the bonnet lol. massive lag and i can't find anyone around watford who i'd let touch the car to try and sort it out yet...
