i'm not sure. i didn't get quized on my age after they recieved my online details. they wouldn't do me tpft though for some reason even though i lied and said my car was £4999......now i've said its valued at £10,000 lol

i'm 21 with 2yrs no claims and 3 points. mine was 1600 fully comp with single turbo man supra with 400bhp and full bodykit wheels exhaust etc.. i think i did well there ..... praise greenlight ins.....
  4. Dark grey/brown standardish supe with bbs (i think) alloys aftermarket exhaust. parked up in driveway near tesco express and garage
  5. when i first got my supe (bodykit exhaust etc....already fitted) it was like i was king of the road or something...ppl letting me out etc...chavs pulling up asking me to rev engine etc... and getting rather pleasing looks.....except old ppl who thought my exhaust would somewhat bring the world to an end lol...
  6. cheers, thats one less problem to deal with
  7. 1995 jspec n/a-single turbo 5 speed man. untill i get my supra back from the shop i don't know what the turbo is without taking this plate thing off covering the turbo. check out my garage for a list of other stuff its got thrown in it.
  8. thing is mines a n/a converted to single turbo so i'm not sure if they will fit on technically a n/a??
  9. i didn't build it lol... kicks in round 4500rpm- really need to get it sorted out
  10. these brakes any good? need some for my jspec http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/D2-8-Piston-Brake-kit-Front-TOYOTA-SUPRA-JZA80_W0QQitemZ160192458491QQihZ006QQcategoryZ23013QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  11. i was thinkin of selling mine but nobody seems to have any idea of the value of it. to much lag for my liking at the moment with too much work i want to do on it- single's a lag drag...
  12. no its import- just saying u can buy cheap supras if u look hard enough. are uk supras a lot better or something- i know there rare
  13. 7!!!?? the dad is an idiot! a 7 year old on a road??!! what an absoulute prick- he should be hung for that amount of incompetence!!! poor kid
  14. i paid 6999 for 1995 man 5speed single turbo full veilside bodykit etc....bout 6 months ago
  15. i think you need to look at the bigger picture- 1996 supra tt already tuned to say..400bhp for under £10000...not a lot is it for a heavy rocket from the 90's... otherwise a new car for ten times the amount which is built for that kind of power and can still be beaten by a car 10-15 years older. most us have to do with second best performance cars, and the supra in my opinion is still one of the best to tune up to supercar performance levels without spending 100k
  16. just wondering what my supra is worth on the off chance i decide to sell it- check out my garage for badly taken pics... apart from the list in the garage its got a brand new 5speed getrag box and clutch propshaft (all new transmission bits) before anyone says anything it is a Getrag box (they do make 5speed boxes) cheaper than new 6speed anyway... JSPEC 1995 83000 approx 400-450bhp...no chance to get it properly dyno'd yet rare colour i'm told..?? any ideas what i should expect to get or ask for it when the time comes?
  17. i think its cheaper to buy a corvette.....
  18. merry xmas too all.... anyway has anyone ever put a 5.7l corvette engine in a supra and if yes is it a massive and unbelievably expensive job?
  19. i was just about to pay £1100 for tpft on my supe cos fully comp is £2350 for me-being only 21. inc mods like bodykit single turbo 400bhp+ etc... that was all on adrian flux but went onto greenlight insurance and they couldn't do tpft but they quoted me £1615 fully comp with ALL mods inc!!! best quote ive ever had!!! greenlight rule!!
  20. yeah was a good deal at the time- till the gearbox broke and now i'm forking out £1500 for all new running gear...
  21. yeah i said it was 5000 value but i only paid 6500 for the car and my area is well safe so it ain't gonna get knicked- they would take my dads cars first anyway.
  22. hi, getting my car back after 6 months next week and i got a new quote... now being 21 with 2yrs no claims and 3 points with car in garage u would have thought that it would be astronimical... i got quoted £1011 tpft and £2000 on fully comp (adrain flux) this its with my manual single turbo churning out over 400bhp with full body kit and alloys, exhaust..the works now for me this is a great quote (tpft anyway) just wondered if anybody else around my age has around these kind of prices
  23. i'm getting back my supra soon and ive just remembered that both front seatbelts are pretty much buggered.... anyway ive tried a few online breakers and ive had two quotes for the pair (no brackets or bolts inc) one was £210 and another was £330!!! so i'm not exactly going to be calling them back..yet. anyway i'm gonna get some bucket seats in the future and was thinking about getting some harnesses to go with them. prob is don't i have to buy half a roll cage or something to attach them to? also my girlfriend doesn't exactly like the idea of making the back seats unusable if u get what i mean... anyway any ideas either cheap seatbelts or this harness idea?
  24. found another better quality pic...
