what do you call cheap? whats your budget?

lovely car mate i was in a dilemma whether to get one of these or a supra, love the aggresive look of the front but i couldnt live with the rear,think it lets the rest of the car down, thats the main reason i choose the supra. Great car though mate love the colour and not a bad spec! have fun

The only limited edition one that i know of was the 15th annivesary one(correct me if im wrong), i think it was just a USA model and im not sure it included 360hp as standard but im sure someone on here will have knoweldege of it

True but even the n/a is pretty fast most will see at least 160, not sure on the 0-60 but i imagine its not slow either. Wonder how easy it is to extract decent power out the n/a? id imagine they are highly tuned as stock

The only advantage of getting an auto is the fact they are generally cheaper, i driven both a 5 speed and 6 speed manual and think they are great. For me auto was not an option, i dont like the fact of the car changing gear for me! i like being able to change gear myself

like the way they put this in the advert, "the vehicle has the following specification: Rack and Pinion Steering" surely the car has better and more interesting points!

i think its because the USA are paid lower over there and generally get less holidays etc. so as a nation they rely on service tips, i personally dont agree with tips, i dont get them in my job why should others?

true its really hard to get insurance for younger people, was a lot easier when i turned 21 though.

impossible to say but sods law generally always kicks in in situations like this, have a crash and your gonna have a much bigger repair bill. To be honest no insurance is ideal, they all try and get out of paying if they can its best not to give them a reason to avoid it. Fully comp goes without saying really, id put money on that very few members would want to put TPFT and their supra.

wow thats a mega quote, i would perosnally never insure any car TPFT let alone a supra yuo got balls!. for comparison my insurance is around 800 and thats on a tt6 with 1 years ncb and fully comp,

must be something wrong with your speedo or something mate as their is no way a car of this age will be faster than what it waswhen it rolled out the factory unless modified in some way. My sz-r does it in around 6.5-6.9 at an estimate and thats not using gps or other gizmos.

i have had this with both my supra's but never bothered to fix it, if its really bothering you, use a strong adhesive like araldite this stuff is really strong and should hold that no problem

Scooby n/a maybe but i doubt you would stand a chance against a turbo varient(unless a terrible driver) and we can all quote 0-60 figures and top speeds but at the end of the day it comes down to a whole lot more than just that. Supra n/a or turbo would be my choice over a calibra, its day has been and gone and it shows it age well

sorry cant be a help but this advert drove me crazy for a while it seemed to be on every 10minutes, and the bloke who said the title had a really annoying voice after the 50th time of seeing it lol. -
Think your right mate, was talking to mate tonight about it actually apparently 300bhp is fairly easy to achieve i was suprised to say the least, still couldnt get past the fact it looks like a cavalier but each to their own i guess
