  6. Hi all, I’m getting bored of not doing much on weekends and think it would be a good idea to meet up one Saturday, I remember a few said they would be interested a number of weeks ago. Had a good time at Motorscope dyno day and think we should have another meet in the next couple of weeks, we have been getting some fantastic weather lately so might as well make a day of it. I was thinking a run out Whitby or something, but if anyone has any other suggestions feel free to make them. I am free pretty much every weekend providing i have some warning. So any dates which people can’t attend should make it easier to find one which is suitable. Regards Chris
  7. pretty sure it some kind of communist car from russia, one of those managed economies where the government allocates goods and services etc.
  8. 08 - 94M - TT 6 Speed - Good Condition - Import - UK brakes £5050
  9. its command and conquer red alert, not sure what the music is from though the tesla coil just brought back a few memories lol http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/9760/ra2.gif
  10. loved that game infact its given me the urge to digg it out of my collection and have a go lol wonder if it works on xp
  11. lol reminds me of the old command and conquer games, red alert i think it was called it had those tesla coil things lol classic gaming
  12. Wow that watch is stunning! what do those retail at?
  13. About 3 months of looking really I think I got a bit of a bargain to be honest as the guy didn’t really know what its market value was, so I was able to haggle the price down by a fair bit. It just appeared on the auto trader one day and was only 10miles from me:) so I went to see it with my dad who is a mechanic to make sure it was ok mechanically and not a cut and shut etc. Car was in fantastic condition and had nice extras such as UK brakes and the electric foldy mirrors. It also had a bitma certificate to prove the mileage was correct which was another bonus. The only negative thing about the car were the brake pads and discs which all needed replacing, being UK spec they are very expensive but still I feel I got a great deal . Patience is the key
  14. I wouldn’t say it was that cheap to be honest, being an auto they always sell a little less than a 6speed. For comparison i got my 94 rz 6 speed for just over 5k and it had uk brakes and only done 60k
  15. i like the way it links you to cars that match your ego! as if your gonna buy a car based on a quiz lol
  16. yeah same happened with me in firefox so i tried i in explorer and all was fine
  17. i,ve had both and the n/a is a fairly fast car IMO however once you have driven a TT you wouldnt want to go back to a n/a. Another positive is that if you havent had a rear wheel drive car the n/a is a good starting point
  18. bit of a silly quiz type thing but only takes a few minutes, found it a bit difficult to determine what the pictures were actually showing but anyways turns out im a chevvy corvette! pleased with that lol Wonder if supra is a possible option, http://specials.uk.msn.com/AutoTrader
  19. True but properly maintained ones should be fine, unfortunately its one of those cars the chav culture seems to love. I quite like the audi s2 getting on a bit but a great engine, turbo too
  20. Pretty sure bell is the same as elephant and admiral and hate mods with a passion, expect a nasty hike especially if its performance mods, good prices for standard though
  21. 10 month or a 12 month?
