  1. Fantastic, can't believe we haven't bumped into each other yet anyway being so close. If I can pop over Friday afternoon, that'd be great! Pretty sure I've got enough loom(although I have cut a couple up a bit) PM your addy and number and I'll give you a tinkle tomorrow to arrange! Matt
  2. Absolute legend, yes, can I borrow a drivers side light? I'm guessing it's pre facelift?
  3. Cheers bud, gonna try for nearer first! Many thanks tho Matt
  4. That's a bit further than I need really buddy, thanks for the offer though! Shame you aren't nearer. Matt
  5. Amazing transformation mate!
  6. Has anyone got either an early or facelift drivers side rear light that I can borrow to drive to Exeter on Saturday? My drivers side light is in bits as I'm converting to LEDs. Please let me know if anyone can save me, I'm based in Corsham
  7. Seriously? It's a piece of piss, maybe thanks to my twiggy arms but I found it really easy
  8. That colour combo looks great bud, quite envious to be honest!
  9. Interesting build, lovin it!
  10. If you were happy with it, that's all that matters! I wouldn't have been happy trying to shoehorn my car onto a small patch of grass with cars and crowds travelling up and down within inches of the cars all day!
  11. I'm actually pretty glad I couldn't get onto the club stand as it was the worst possible place in the whole of the show. I parked in the normal car park and had no problems getting out and I needed to escape at 12.15 to watch the might Posh.
  12. Standard actuator opens at just over 10psi, not 17
  13. As the sun was shining I thought I'd get a bit of a jump on cleaning the Sup ready for Japfest next week and of course with vigorous cleaning comes a shed load of fresh pics of my baby. Enjoy!
  14. Now I'm even more confused! Ran the wastegate straight off the turbo and still the Same result 19psi. Attached the actuator to a foot pump and everything is fine. Can a leak somewhere else in the turbo system cause this overboost? Anyone? Aaaaaaaaaagggggghhh!
  15. I think either the solenoid or the actuator has had it to be honest mate. Not sure about the restrictor ring, only had it a year and never looked. Never over boosted to this extent before. I'll try running it without the solenoid tomorrow just to make sure. The wastegate actuator opens pushing with a bar, but if it keeps over boosting without the controller solenoid it may be the diaphragm in the actuator
  16. I've just tried a run with 0 gain and 0% on the solenoid and it still ran up to 19psi, would this be a faulty solenoid anyone? As in permanently shut?
  17. I just read a topic on Driftworks that said start at 0 gain, 30% on the solenoid and about the same start as you're running. Will have another play when the rain stops. I was seeing huge boost (20psi) it was f**king quick! but not turbo friendly. What are you seeing with those values?
  18. Hi guys, Just got hold of a Greddy Profec E-01 boost controller and I need a little help setting up. I'm seeing massive boost figures and not sure why. I currently have the valve set at 50%, gain at 23 and the start point at 8.2psi. I'm running factory twins in ttc and could do with a little inside information if anyone can help. I've read all of the other topics that Google finds, but can't seem to work it out Matt
  19. Wow, seriously impressive stuff bud, different league from me wrapping a few mirror covers in 2x2 twill haha!
  20. Sorry if you've explained previously, but what sort of resin mix do you use? I've used surfboard stuff in the past but most of the parts I've attempted have gone Pete Tong, yours look amazing. I've seem some epic uv reactive resin in the States that only takes 30 seconds to cure as soon as it is exposed to sunlight
