Me 2. I booked time off work ages ago.
My wife came up with an interesting idea. As it's so popular. As soon as it's announced there will be a dragonball but the details have not been confirmed. Time, date, no hotels or train booked yet etc. Yet people are flexible enough to confirm they will attend. And can or are willing to pay a decent amount up front. Say £150. That's non refundable. They should then be garenteed a place.
Me for example. I have the money available and can get time off work without issue. I without a doubt want to go, regardless of where we are going to.
Id happily pay up now for a ticket for next years dragonball if I could.
You could go further and say you could only do the above if you have been to say the last 2 consecutive trips?
It might remove the lottery rush element of people getting into the 2 min window before they sell out.
And also allow people to book who know they can go 100% then we don't get people dropping out and having to sell the tickets.
An official waiting list might be a good idea. If you miss out on the tickets. Reply to this thread then we have some record who should be offered any tickets first rather than who happens to see the for sale thread.
