On a serious note, if you cant afford the fuel for 3l NA I wouldn't be looking at any petrol turbos. I had a Seat Leon Cupra R before the supra, remapped to 280hp. used to cost me £45+ a week in fuel plus on average another £30 to £60 a month to replace the coilpacks it kept blowing.
My auto TT Supra costs me £50 a week so hardly any difference, sometimes less if I'm just crusing at 50 -60mph.
Problem is if you like to squeeze the loud pedal alot its going to cost!
My Passat TDi gets filled up once every 5 to 6 weeks now £80 600+ miles, depending on what the car is and the other costs you can save some money but not loads.
insurance on the TDi is £230 a year, Supra probably about £350 to £400 once insured again without commuting.
was paying £640 fully comp for the Supra as a daily so only savings are on fuel really.
