My car was accident damaged when I bought it and in red/pink. I got all the front panels realigned, oem skirts added, wheel arches rolled and full respray in black for £1700 they did a fantastic job. Have you got the drivers site boot polystyrene (think it holds the jack) and a passenger side lower arch liner (the smaller one). Cheers Johnny

Really I think the guy's a bit of a twat and he was boring as hell on it. What core thickness did you buy they do various thickness between 25mm and 41mm I went for the 41mm one.

The core thickness is thinner or the top tank thickness? I've offered it up next to the stock rad and looks pretty spot on to me.

I ordered a radiator from UK Car Cooling yesterday and it arrived today!! it's a replacement for a stock TT auto rad as I didn't want the hassle of adding an oil cooler. Really stunned at the quality of it. They also offer them in various core sizes I got the 41mm version which was only £150 delivered! I'm after a fan cover thingy (not sure of it's exact name) that sits behind the radiator and is shown on the attached epc pic. Ignore the arrow I stole it from another post, it's part number 16711 that I'm after. Cheers Johnny

I take it by that it's either a MK3, a total beast of a MK4 or a total shed of a MK4 which you're going to fix up.

You must be a busy man sending out all these 02 sensors Nic! You can tell that petrol prices are going through the roof everyone is buying them up to save a few quid Fitted mine the other week, has made a big difference. Thanks for your help with it!

An update on this, had a go at it this morning with white spirit but didn't have any affect so brought out the big guns aka Nitromors:eyebrows: What a difference got all the paint off in about 2 minutes then cleaned it thoroughly. I bet, I've managed to get the engine undertray on here and by the looks of it apart from the active spoiler undertray I just need the small lower passenger side liner (53896B) surely they can't be too expensive for that bit
