  1. As long as thats not you in your avatar we've got a deal Thanks for the kind comments!
  2. Nice You can be in the 2nd issue after mine's in the first then
  3. WTF were Toyota on when they designed that exhaust?
  4. I know it's a serious story but the e-fit on this guy is hilarious. Shouldn't be too hard to track down. http://www.yorkpress.co.uk/news/yorknews/display.var.2204370.0.appeal_after_woman_is_sexually_assaulted.php I think I've solved it already, Richard Simmons: http://images.newsquest.co.uk/image.php?id=940033&type=full http://www.eons.com/images/cms/9852_image_file_1.JPG
  5. What about those of us that like to keep our cars standardish with subtle mods to improve the look of an already stunning car. No one ever has bikini clad chicks draped over ours I'm going to start my own monthly magazine "Standard(ish) car monthly" http://www.jwwebdev.co.uk/Supra/Respray/16.jpg plug over>
  6. That picture must have been taken at the bodyshop before his first encounter with a speed bump. I don't know why people do it! Surley they must be at the bodyshop every other week getting them fixed back up again. I know I wouldn't be able drive 2 miles around the area I live in without leaving half of that bumper on the road. I'd also imagine it totally spoils your enjoyment of the car considering it significantly limits where you can take it. FFS! there must be road kill stuck to the intercooler stopping it from working properly
  7. If the ecu is there and connected up but a spoiler isn't attached then the green light on the switch will constantly flash. The fact that you're getting no light at all means that ist's probably either missing the ecu or the ecu isn't wired up properly. Can you confirm that the active spoiler is definitly on the car, if it is check that the motor is connect up. There is a connector that sits next to the drivers side headlight. If all that is OK then you'll need to take the dash off and see if the active spoiler ECU is there and is wired up correctly and is getting power to it. This site has some good info on the AS system: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/peter.betts/supra/TechTips/Spoiler.htm

    OEM Skirts

Contact this guy on Ebay: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/car-mad-stylings He's a forum member, a few guys on here including myself have bought OEM replicas off him the fit is superb. My bodyshop said they were the best fitting copies they had come across. Can't remember how much thye were sure it was around the £170 mark.
  9. Get in quick: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=146393
  10. It's the upper one he's missing, that one's an easy job.
  11. If it does need replace I'd recommend this company: http://www.carcooling.co.uk/catalog/Toyota_Supra_86_99-1217-1.html I got my auto TT rad from them, excellent radiator and it was next day delivery. You can order different core thickneses's aswell.
  12. There's a guy on ebay that sells them.

    Am i mad

Wouldn't like seeing it going round a corner with the right foot planted. Could be good fun though. Are you sure it'll fit?
  14. What have I not done to it The car is running brilliantly really happy with it just wanting to get a bit more power out of it but not quite getting there (hence this thread) looks like an EBC is the way forward.
  15. Superb TRD! Do you not fancy a trip over to Dunfermline to sort my car
  16. So acording that post you do actually know that the exhaust is the problem. As you said Andy put his on and it achived the higher boost as yours was too restrictive. Why did he remove the boost controller when it was working correctly? Think you might have to bite the bullet and get a less restrictive exhaust. Dr Doom: SMIC looks in decent enough condition, what's the best way to check for boost leaks?
  17. Great explanation! Thanks Nic. P.S. How much can you supply them for
  18. Interesting..... not being too technically minded can someone explain how it manages to do that. I'd have though since it was decatted, running no restrictor ring that would be mine running as high as it could go.
  19. Cheers! Being a typical Scotsman I'm refusing to pay the £7.99 buy it now price. I await to see if my £6 offer is accepted
  20. Quality! Is it still for sale? I might put it up in my garage.
  21. 2nd Turbo is definitely kicking in, I've got the whiplash to prove it Love the difference in the car after decatting, soo much more responsive and quicker spooling. Even at just under 1 bar the power difference is phenomenal I'm desperate to get up to 1.2 bar to see how insane it is
  22. Damn, love having the active spoiler but also like the look of FMIC's bit of a pain that you can't have both and keep it functional.
  23. Slightly off topic Micheal, but was having a look at your garage pics, nice Sup! Looks like you've got an FMIC and active spolier fitted, is the spoiler fully functional?
