the last few weeks ive tried all sorts of medication and found the best one is the prescribed tablets i get for a soap allergy. they are called Telfast and have worked wonders controlling my hayfever.

ive been in construction for the last 11 years but have minimal experience when it comes to houses (we do things like cinemas, shopping centres,school etc). havnt long moved into my own place which a year ago was in a right state and unliveable. two smallish extensions and a complete gutting later it was finished. i carried out all the work myself except for the electrics,plumbing and skimming and in all honesty found it straight forward and hassle free. this has kinda given the mentality of thinking building a complete house would be just as easy (obviously with a bit more help) but then i start to think if it was that easy why arent more people doing it? ive looked into all the various self build mortgages and pricing books to get a rough idea but still find it hard to see where the difficulties are. id be looking at an average size 3 bedroom dorma (most plots down here seem to have detailed planning for 3 bedroom dormas). would you have any sort of ball park figure for the construction of one of these?

quite a few plots for sale around this area at the moment for decent prices (many with detailed planning) and got me thinking. obviously im not gona dive straight in and have spent the last few hours reading up on all things self build on line. was looking to get personal experiences off people who have built their own and possibley some horror stories to put me off

an even more longshot here but all the casette has on the label is 'vibes' ive tried googling some lyrics but no joy.

ive found a casette today after a clear out which i used to listen to over and over again back in the day. the only problem is that there isnt a track listing for the casette and i really need to find out the track names.

i dont know which is worth more, a crashed veilside supra or an uncrashed veilside kitted supra.

we are not talking about bookies odds here. we are talking mathematical odds. no matter how many times it lands on heads the odds and probability of it landing on heads again are the same.

open that can of worms. the odds of those numbers coming out again are the same as the probability of any single set of 6 numbers coming out.

about time an oldie got what it deserved. soooo many times old folk get away with stuff because....well because they are old.

just like a bulimic's lunch this point was brought up in a conversation i had today. it also seems to be the same with height related remarks. on a drunken night out a few months back my mate got floored by a short person for calling him short. youd never see a tall person get all aggro if someone said 'crikey look how tall you are!!' there are many other areas where this case of double standards comes into play but now is not the time or place to discuss them.

oh hang on i wasnt in the supra in porth yesterday. im there pretty much everyday in it but wasnt yesterday. you sure it was yesterday?
