  1. 3 year old slides that are skewed as they don't factor in all the masses that have moved off unemployment benefit and on to sickness/disability benefits due to changes in the system...

    Vag com

I used to have a copy of this many years ago, it's software to go on PC and a cable to connect up to the OBDII port and change settings on the ECU. I used it to alter the central locking mechanism and alarm functions, but there is a lot more besides. I don't have a copy any more but I'm sure it's available on many torrent sites if you were so inclined.

  6. I've got tapatalk installed, full version. I use it for quite a few different forums that I am a member of, it's a pretty useful app. If you like the free version then the paid version isn't much different, apart from the fact that it lets you post rather than just provide you with a read only copy.

Jamie, you mention that reliability on these can be problematic, you got any more info on that fella? All I've found so far from my searches on that subject appears to be more down to human error on installation rather than the unit itself, oh an from people big pimping Weldon pumps.

    Fancy a change!

If you're going to do anything then de-spoiler it. That rear is too curvey for a TRD wing I reckon.
  10. Seen this in the flesh at the workshop. I like the shaved door handles.
  11. Toyota Aristo 4.0 Zi-Four, They are a rare beasty on these shores, but the odd one pops up and and goes through the auctions from time to time.

I'll get some pics of the full system up as soon as the guys at AFR have done their stuff This is the car it's all going in http://clubaristo.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9642&stc=1&d=1288464424 A few of you may have seen it up there at the AFR open day, it's known as the Mad Max car these days

  15. 4 wheel drive *could* be possible with some work I would have thought. 2JZ-GTE's have been dropped into 4x4's, Landcruisers and the like though I'm not sure if they retained 4WD or not. It's always made me wonder if you could manage to fit a drivetrain into a Supra. Anything is possible if you can drop enough cash on it I suppose.

    Aeromotive fuel pump

The fuel tank set up in the Aristo is somewhat different to the MKIV Supra. We don't have the luxury of being easily able to run double/triple pumps on drop in hangers and the like, so an external pump was always going to be the simplest way forward, which is why the swirl pot was brought into play I'm really happy with the solution as it has both form and function and is a first on a UK built Aristo too (as far as I know).
  17. You just need a couple of these stood by it to finish it off! http://www.kitsune.addr.com/SF-Conversions/Rifts-BSG-Race/Cylon_Race.jpg

    Aeromotive fuel pump

Yeah I'm really happy with it, looks a great bit of kit. I can't wait to see the finished install, it's going to look the business when it's all done, it'll be a nice little feature in the boot. It'll be all tucked away in the spare wheel well so the boot will still be good for the pram and the shopping, but it'll have a removable cover so I can show it off when wanted

They've chosen the 2ltr to go with my set up, it's been fed by a single Walbro in tank.

You've gone for the Aeromotive 11102 Pro Series pump for yours haven't you? It would go very nicely with one of them
  22. Anyone got a black AEM gauge bezel that they would be prepared to swap for a silver one? http://clubaristo.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9641&stc=1&d=1288456238

Yeah, without a doubt, the quality of the work they do is fantastic. Liking the setup that they have up there. Great guys to deal with. I would put up a project thread, but it's not a Supra, but I will post up some pictures of the build when it is complete, and no doubt a video or two of it on the rollers. Here's a picture of the swirl pot that they got for me. http://clubaristo.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9530&stc=1&d=1286219886 I can't wait to see them plumbed in together in my spare wheel well
