  1. Well I have had a miserable day at work, and now pmsl. Priceless
  2. Hi all. Hopefully my house purchase / sale is finally happening, so I need to try and raise a few more pennies. So here is my Mitsubishi Legnum VR4 up for sale; For those who dont know what it is; Its a 4WD estate car, with a 2.5 V6 TT engine, rated at 260HP. This one is 5 speed auto, with tiptronic. First reg 1996, imported in 2005. Mileage 76000, so guessing around 50k in kms, the rest in miles. Runs very well, pulls very strong. It has "active yaw control", which keeps it level during enthusiastic cornering, this is really noticeable, the handling is excellent. Very easy to drive at the limit, with its 4WD. It does oversteer, but does not snap around, and leave you pointing the wrong way, like some RWD cars. Everything works as it should, it has climate, electric everything including folding mirrors. This is a very spacious estate car, that will easliy, and quietly, cruise at 100 (kph of course lol) all day. Condition is good, it is not a show-car, so there are a few marks here and there. The worst of which is quite a big mark on the front bumper. The interior is good, no rips or big marks, it has a CD / MP3 player. The car is Taxed / tested, ready to go, the only problem worth a mention is the usual lash adjuster (tappety) noise on tickover. I am a member of http://www.clubvr4.com , and the sages on there all say that people drive around for years with it. The car has recently had a gearbox oil change, with the recommended Amsoil ATF. I also include service parts, plugs, filters, which I havent got around to doing. Offered here at £1795.00 Cheers
  3. Sorry to hear this, Dave, I hope he had a happy life.
  4. Ironic, thats where I was born. But too far from Hereford. Cheers anyway.
  5. I am in the process of moving house, so made the big choice of selling my (and the wifes) beloved RX8 a few months ago. Its not so bad though, once we have completed our move I hope to be able to find some readies for a proper toy again. In the meantime its my stealthy £1500 Mitsi Legnum. Keep yer chin up, I am sure positive efforts are rewarded in time.
  6. Looks nice for the money. n/a or TT? I am thinking of getting one of these (or a 300ZX) as a cheapish toy.
  7. http://www.copart.co.uk They charge £40 to enrol

Always fancied one of them. I think I will soon sell my Mitsi VR4 and get one, either that or the Mitsi GTO.

  10. £1.70 a pint! Would be a good opportunity for the missus to try out my VR4.
  11. I have Orange broadband, no problems.
  12. Lol. Piquet the grass, if he wasnt so cr*p he would not have got the sack!
  13. Very impressive. You could almost make your wife redundant!
  14. Has anyone noticed her name, Semen-ya, sounds like some sort if p*ss take to me.
  15. Saw you today around 6pm, leaving Clehonger on a mission. Very clean body kitted. Looked like you were on an emergency run to Tescos!
  16. It was last December. It was a great day, my first day of owning the RX8, and I easily won the karting. Just a bit of a hike from here though.
  17. Thanks for that, but I went to an indoor track a few years ago (I think it was that one), and the stink was just too much.
  18. Hi all. A load of mates and myself are planning a karting event soon. So we are looking for a suitable venue around South Shropshire, Herefordshire, or Worcestershire. Can anyone recommend a good outdoor track? We have done Weobley, Kinsham (Presteigne), and Rednall (Oswestry) already, and are after a new one, since some drivers are claiming track knowledge is an unfair advantage. Not that they are competitive eh? Cheers
  19. I had this happen to me at work, I decided to get the old cartridge refilled locally. This only cost half as much, the problem was it was refilled with the wrong ink, which trashed all the jets on the franking machine. Luckily for me, when I called the Pitney-Bowes engineer he was very understanding, and booked the job as warranty.
  20. He sure isnt going to finish in the top 10, is he?
  21. I already had a bet with the Missus that he would not get a top 10 finish in Valencia. Now she refuses to pay up!
  22. Good luck with the sale. I have one of these at the moment, I think its what the guy who first coined the phrase "wolf in sheeps clothing" meant. By the way, do those brake pads make a huge difference?
