  1. Cracking performance by Alonso, I still believe he is the best of them. Not the greatest team player ever, and some might say a git, but he has driven the wheels off that Renault all season. And now my missus has to buy me a curry, for the 1st time in ages, we always have the same bet on who finishes 1st between Kimi and Lewis.
  2. Howay the lads! (and lasses) Shame I lost my Geordie accent too, now I am a Herefordshire Bumpkin.
  3. Recommended rim size is 9 - 10.5 inches. Here is a very good conversion site, you should look for no more than 2% difference on the tyre height. http://www.alloywheels.com/tyrecalc.asp
  4. Last bump here, any offers or they go on fleabay next week.
  5. Dont think I have any paperwork other than what I gave to Gaz / Carl. But I will have a look incase. I do have loads of pictures of how it looked as standard, I used it as my wedding car. As my signature suggests I am without a Supra, actually about to buy an RX8 (ok I am a big girl), but I need a car that the missus can use, and she wouldnt drive the Supra, saying it was too big. Hope you enjoy it.
  6. They say that dogs and pigeons find their way home, but I was very surprised to see my old red Supra in Belmont today around 1pm. Especially since I sold it 2 years ago to Gaz1 who lives many miles away. Sure was looking good. [GRIN][/GRIN]
  7. 2 x pairs of tyres for sale; 275/35x17 Marshal Power Racer 2 717 ZR These tyres are unused and still have the labels on them. They have been stored in a warehouse for a number of years, (c8), but are not perished or cracked, or showing any sign of age, other than being covered in dust of course. They are for sale at £110 per pair, or all 4 for £200. Free delivery / collection may be possible around Herefordshire / Shropshire / Mid Wales / or I can arrange carriage at buyers cost. Cheers from Carl

    The FIA

Excellent, how can Ferrari possibly fail to win another title?
  9. Hi all; Just come back from watching the GP in Spa, and couldnt resist a lap of the North Loop (20 kms) of Nurburgring. Great fun I hear you say, but try it in your wifes Mazda 323. TBH it was a hoot, although I got passed by everyone on the straights, I was surprised how well balanced the little car was around the twisty bits. Saw a Supra there, seem to recall it was black with UK plates (with your mate in a white Integra DC5). Was last Wednesday. Defo recommended for 21 Euros per lap.
  10. The race was quite a let down for me, but I am counting the days to Spa, got great seats at Eau Rouge.
  11. Seems to be sans Supra, just like me.
  12. Could be a freeway, and the version I heard was by Frankie Goes To Hollywood, but I guess thats not the original. Well done, 1st prize is the glory of winning!
  13. "L.A. is a great big magnet, put a hundred down and buy a car. In a week maybe two they will make you a star." Bonus point to who spots the song first.
  14. You heard it here first. Hamiltons mate has his best chance of his 1st F1 victory this weekend. I have just put on a bet at 12 to1, with Lewis penalised 10 places for shunting Raikonnen, I reckon its worth a flutter.
  15. Watch out for Kubica to exorcise any Canadian demons he may have, and bring home his first F1 victory.
  16. Anyone fancy a job as a road sweeper? Could be a challenging job.

Not only do I have no friends, I also have no Supra. Hows that for the pinnacle of misery?
