excellent - thanks for letting me know Think I also have a polished ignition barrel ring somewhere, and the top part of the OEM airbox intake... possibly more but I'm too tired to check at the mo. lol -
my tt aero through sky, all mods declared, cost me about £650/year FC, Protected NCB, and I'm 26 with 8yrs NCB.

yep - he saw the ad on here to start with. He's aware of the club, car even has club stickers still in it! I know it's gone to a very good home, and I'm very glad that's the case. Couldn't bear to see it get trashed by someone.

thanks for the advice mate. Taken on board. I know the pug isn't in the same league as a golf, but cost cutting etc, and insurance also. Damn golfs are a high insurance group for not really much car! Might go and see some golfs this weekend tho, if I can get there!

lol.... so much more expensive tho! Might be able to get a mk3 gti, but more likely to get a 306 xsi I recon, as much cheaper, and a bit quicker too.

I might be there, who knows. More than likely with some form of car. Still can't decide between a mk3 golf or a pug 306.... hmmmm. We'll see what i buy! lol
