  1. I think GS300/430 may also have the same discs, not 100% though.
  2. Yes, I was only needing one j-spec disc to get it through its MOT, the garage misplaced my original disc whilst working on the car! There was no point in buying a new pair as I will be upgrading to UK spec or bigger at the end of the month... The breakers only had a Soarer, hence the quick question/thread this afternoon... Thanks anyways
  3. Thanks. They are the same, if anyone needs to know in the future...
  4. Sorry if this has beencovered before, I'm on the move and it's fiddly to use the search through the iPhone... Just wanted to know if the rear j-spec brake discs are the same on a Soarer?
  5. Thought it was wrong not to add this link: http://www.ek9.org/forum/general-chat/20501-toyota-supra-anyone.html Interesting views of other car owners about the supra...
  6. Hey guys, I'm needing a driver side rear brake disc to put my car through an Mot. The garage has misplaced the brake disc (possibility it has been thrown in the metal scrap bucket! ) I'm only needing (to borrow) it for 10-15 miles max, would really appreciate any help Willing to pay postage etc. I'm in Scotland. Thanks
  7. A guy that lives not far away has a dark greyish gunmetal one of these:cool: Agree with the noise, they sound lurvely
  8. Superb finish too. More pics please
  9. The brake discs will probably be a bit rusty... take it easy as the brakes will be useless at the first couple of attempts;) Make sure the oil has circulated properly all round and is upto good temp before any boost. I usually give it an extra 10-15 mins on top of normal temp. Ensure all wheel nuts are tight (if you've been swapping wheels around). That'll do for now I think... ps: I also take it easy until I have some fresh V-Power, although prob not necessary but I like to be on the safe side.
  10. V.Nice Who's that in Pic 9 in your second post
  11. Doesn't sound good, feel for you
  12. Just another point...is it possible this may be due to the car sitting around for long periods? (you've had a lot of work carried out recently, how long was the car unused for?)
  13. There were some rumours last year that inferior chinese copies of the GSD3's were in the market. I was looking for replacements on the BMW 5, decided not to risk it and went for Michelin PS2's in the end. There was a thread on one of the car forums, I'll see if I can find it
  14. I would leave them with the polished lip at first, then if you don't like them get them powdercoated... I can't see the wheel colour, being too much of a hassle tbh imo...
  15. I'm surprised no one has mentioned the use of Isopropyl alcohol for the dash panels.
  16. Not exactly something to be proud of is it Jumping Wheelie Bins
  17. Also looking for a new washing maching, old one is a bit tired looking now Anyone know much about Whirlpool's ?
  18. We have a facelift 530D sport and love it to bits Been in a couple of friends e46's but still prefer the E39's. Go for the facelift E39's, you won't regret it
  19. Looking to try this at some point, interesting It mentions that the ECU will take time to adjust (learn) to the boost change and advance the ignition timing, would it be a good or bad idea to disconnect the battery before doing this and when reverting back to sequential mode?
  20. Sorry to hear about this, have you not considered taking it apart yourself?
  21. S2000 - A Motorbike without a crash helmet love mine to bits. Whats the mileage on it?
