Regarding the additives. I haven't heard anywhere (other than from people on here) that the Tescos fuel DOESN'T have additives. I know they haven't mentioned it in any of their advertising, but does that mean it doesn't have any? I don't know - maybe it does. All I know is that since about April this year we have tried to use more Tesco fuel and less Optimax (which we always used in the past) after reading about some members here having problems with valve stem oil seals and the blue smoke issues while running OPtimax. They reckoned they had noticed the problem become much less pronounced when they switched away from Optimax. Since making the switch to Tescos fuel ourselves, we rarely see any blue smoke anymore - it was a daily event before! Also, there have been numerous occasions where after filling up with Tescos 99, the car has gone like a rocket! A very noticeable difference that made me think the wastegate actuator hose must have popped off! (it happened on my car this year and caused the car to over boost. Great for the acceleration but NOT for the engine!) I know where I'll be buying my fuel from now on, but hey! I'm only a woman so don't take any notice of me!!

I was at a party and met Nicolas Lyndurst and Dennis Waterman. (The latter put his hand on my bum and came this close > I once met Terry Gilliam (Monty Python) when he came to watch a theatre production I had co-written and performed in. I beat Justin Bell (racing driver) in a driving competition when he was driving for some race team in a white Dodge Viper. (Oreca?) He was gutted!! (But nice about it all the same)

Thanks for the positive comments! We should have uploaded this ages ago, but we just never seemed to get around to it. We need to sort out the next bit of the video as this one only contains footage of 'the journey there'. Trouble is, Brian doesn't want to remember the journey home, but that's another story!

That was my car! But with Soop Dogg driving. His car is having some paintwork done after being pebble dashed on a couple of track-days. Were you at the Nissan Garage a little earlier? I noticed a very nice 300zx parked in the little garage opposite. I hope to meet you and your 300zx at the East Anglian meets.

Mentioned this to Brian and we really don't see the insurance coming down from £2k to £300 though. He says he'll have to check how they rate this at work next week. (He works for a rather large insurance company.)
