Cheers Lads, Just had to get the order in before "last-orders" ermm, bit more of a cheek, how easy is it to change yourself ? I presume i force the Tensioner back by either CROWBAR or some other TECHNICAL method ?? Then just slip off and wiggl round the fan etc. then reverse ??

You mean top-right cluster ? They go wrong ALL THE TIME. I've fixed 2 so far on both our soops, you have to open up the unit and CAREFULLY solder the pins back onto the little curcuit board. the constant pulling/twisting of taking the binnacle in and out breaks the solder. I'm NOT very good with a soldering iron and even I managed it ! ! ! (still working after 3 years) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

My 18 month contract has just finished with Orange so I visited their store in Chelmsford to discuss an upgrade and to renew my contract....... easy you would think?? I wanted the new N95 8gb only to be told that if I wanted that phone I would have to pay £250 for it???? The sales person said it was because my last tariff was only £35 per month I wasn't a high user?? The same thing happened when Steve went to upgrade his at Christmas .... in the end he cancelled his contract with them, lost his number and took out a new contract??? how silly is that!!!! You get no reward for being a loyal customer??? I have now cancelled my contract with Orange and took out a new one with O2 .... I am really cross about this as I have had my old number for the last 10+ years and I use it for work so I have to now inform all my colleagues of my new number!!! When I was choosing my new phone .... N95 8gb, the sales person mentioned that they were having a special offer on the old N95, it came with 18 months free Sat Nav ... brilliant I think!!! Brought it home and it was useless..... it takes an age to find any satellites and keeps losing the signal as you are driving along.... not good really. Again we have the 14 days cool off period, I am going to take it back at the weekend and get the N95 8gb as originally planned!!! What is it all about???? You get better deals for new customers and theres no loyalty at all!!!!! cheers Steve W's Carole xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I was just about to drive to work, the other week, in my soop only to find that some darling kids had keyed above both rear wheel arches and knifed both rear tyres!!! This is the second time it has happened!! The first time we had to have a complete respray plus replacements of both rear and front screens....... they had keyed every panel, including the roof of the aero top and both screens. The police, bless them.... said "If we leave the car in a more public place, more over looked, it might not get damaged??" :complain::complain: I park it next to our back gate in some tucked away parking bays, so it was kept hidden. The police had said the vandals had been hidden away to. Sorry about the moan ..... it really bugs me when this sort of thing happens and the police aren't able to charge/catch anybody. They did say that we won't the only owners that had been keyed so it wasn't personal.... oh so glad to hear that!!!! cheers Steve W's Carole xxxxxx
