    The original engine I used for my conversion came from a 93TT, I think the only complication is to do with the wiring loom. If the facelift N/A is a VVTi then I think you're right, there might be some other issues.

    Have you had a read through THIS? Just to double check, you're putting the TT engine into the facelift 6 speed N/A right? If the N/A has ABS you will come across a problem with the wiring from the TT wiring loom, but I believe Matt (Muffleman) has put an explanation in the thread I've linked to. You will need to consider finding a set of facelift TT dials, the N/A rev counter will not work with the TT loom.

    You'll still need the engine wiring loom from the TT, I'm not sure if there are differences between a TT auto and TT manual loom.

    I like the ones on the car. Why not change the colour of them and have them sprayed silver?
