No hassles at all mate. The roof lining is lower and it gets in the way of the bolts for securing the roof. I had half an idea that might be the case. Was worth finding out though. Cheers G

Hi Guys, Right I bought the cage from Bolarbag but unfortunately it doesnt fit in an aerotop car. I have the measurements of what adjustments would be needed to make it fit and may think about mocking one up in the future but this one is back up for grabs. The cage is in excellent condition with all plates and bolts. Takes about 5 mins to work out how to assemble but after that its really a piece of cake. Just looking for what i paid for it. So £500 takes it. Delivery can be discussed whether its via post or meeting at a midway point. Cheers G

I've taken my greddy intake manifold off a few times and was able to do it without having to remove the lower runners....just an absolute pig of a job though. Not techincally difficult, just frustrating.

I reckon i've spent about 15K - 20K getting my car to where it is and only now is it about properly ready (and going to be running 700bhp). £6k is a mere drop in the ocean to achieve the performance you want. sorry

yeah i appreciate there are a lot of buckets on that site, but there is also the other aspect to consider - that half the guys on there are just bitter about the fact they are driving cars that couldnt pull the foreskin off of rice puddin.

Na its just a guy who use's a mates garage. My mate, the mechanic, is skeptical but says will give it a go. I think its just a bog standard run around car. Cheers G
