Thats good Every year around this point I start counting. I get home from work, load up the forum and shout through to the mrs "another one bites the dust" Hopefully there wont be any serious ones this year.

I had a very hard time when I went single. It was VERY difficult at the start then ended up with A plan (thacham) and now im with Sky. For me now its A plan, Adrian Flux and Sky. Definatly not the likes of elephant.

I went with ferrera valves (stock size) as per dusty's advise. I wouldnt oversize valves. From what i have read there are not many places in the uk that can get it right. What are you doing with springs?

Sounds to me like a mass air flow sensor but i havent read everything properly yet. Read it all now and am even more sure its the MAF - just take your car to another memebers house. Fit there MAF, reset your ECU (search for different ways) and give it a go. I recon it will be an immediate fix. With reference your intercooler having a crack, fit one without a crack as you will be losing boot pressure and therefore lots of power.
