  1. Another one of these threads...... really!
  2. Count me in what ever it is. Track/airfield shit would be great fun. Need to break the car as its been too long
  3. Here is one of me before getting told off Don't know how to embed.. Help x
  4. I think it's sensible as its run under the car but if you can get a larger bore normal hose and run it so it is exposed no where then I wouldn't worry. I went with a -10an braided
  5. Answers your question. This man has done it all and would stay BPU. I would have done too. Leaves the car saleable also, one you have a single you don't want to part with it as you have pliers so much money into it.
  6. If you are enjoying the car as BPU the don't change it. Singles are a right laugh but you have to be a little mad to use one properly and you need deep pockets if you do use it properly!
  7. Always good to see club spirit like this. Members trusting members, thats whats its all about!
  8. Is it possible for an intermittent stick? Ill try that at the weekend as maybe its a dodgy connector. Thanks
  9. You will not be surprised to hear that Mr Ben was driving
  10. Shame we didnt get one from behind. Always next year - Thanks mate
  11. I fitted a greddy 3 row (many moons ago) and it fits very well although its not possible to have the active spoiler or crash bar with it. No bumper cutting etc
  12. Waiting...not very patiently...
  13. Is it possible for an injector to stick? The car has not been used must in the last few years and it feels like it is missing on low revs. Sometimes AFR's off the scale lean and others off the scale rich. On the way home tonight in was really hesitating so I put it in neutral and revved it up (AFR's off the scale rich) it hesitated for a few thousand RPM and then cleared and was fine. Its the only thing I can attribute it to as it is happening randomly (all be it regularly). Whats the best thing to do? Injector cleaning shit through the fuel or pull them out and send them off for cleaning or am I wrong with my diagnosis? Single Turbo - 880cc Injectors (UK spec so can't remember if that means low or high something or other IMP?) Thanks Jon
  14. Did you say you had a vid of me boosting outside the garage? I think I have a sticky injector causing the odd flame issue! p.s - 2 bar was an accident, turned it back down to 1.6 as only mapped it (what I call mapping) to 1.77
  15. Hmmm, some might say there is a little too much fuel going through
  16. These are the best few posts I have ever read on my whole time in the club.... FILLED ME WITH HAPPINESS
  17. Just hit uk soil after a really scary journey back - standing water and R888's = brown trousers!!! Thanks JB and everyone else, had an amazing time!!!! Bring on next year
  18. Morning all, Didn't have time to pack the car last night as still fixing so still got to do that then on route.
  19. Brake cleaner and degreaser used. Then locktight/sealer used. Heated up to speed setting and so far so good. A 5 mins hoon and no leaking. Still lots of oil be burnt off though about the area Now for 5 hours sleep - cut it fine this year!!!!
  20. On my work and should be home by 8. Fit new turbo pipe Fix turbo oil feed Finish cleaning car Refit ecu cover Pack Hmmm
  21. Wish I could help... Sorry!! Would it help if someone were able to tell you what wires go to which pin? Not that I can help with that as I am on my way to work
  22. Burna's quote from the other thread...lol!
  23. Yep - Thanks Nope, just leaking. Tightened up and went out for a burn to see if ok but there is a fair bit of oil around so I need to burn it all off to check. Not a lot of testing time left! Going to make sure I have plenty of beer in the car to put it out if it happens again!
  24. Truth is that I had the phone in my hand ready to go as I thought it was just going to be smoke.
  25. It's fine but that part needs replacing... Not sure if I will be able to do a temp fix or if it is game over!
