just sent you a pm. no the lower bumper trim is not inc. in the pic is the mech unit(moving bar) under tray(goes behind the bumper, active motor and lip that comes down.

mine would do this from time to time i'd take the plugs out (HKS rubbish) and they would be soaked clean them off heat them up a bit with a lighter then it would start. well worth giving that ago.

Thanks nic, some good info. Think i'll give it a go seals are not that expensive and don't look to complex to do IF it goes right, when it goes wrong i'll get a new one. when i get round to doing it i'll try and get some pic's and post them.

My rack seals have started leaking, was wondering if anyone on here has replaced the seals either end of the rack before? or has anyone done a guide? i'm going to give it a go just want to know what i'm letting myself in for. Also, does anyone have have an exploded overveiw of the steering rack that might help?

could be drawing in air from where the pipe is leaking, try leaving it running longer till all the foam has gone then turn the steering lock to lock slowly, if that fails you my need to clean the base of the reservoir where the filter is or change the reservoir.
