The guy is asking for help with his Aerial Advice given and had a pm from him, i've given him a link to buy the Aerial cheaply so to save him some money, ok Yes you are lucky very lucky if you get away with just replacing the mast, years of experience in the trade and from experience you usually end up buying a new Aerial , In this case help has been given so he can buy one at a fraction of Toyota prices So no I haven't got shares in a Aerial Factory.... yawn !!!

Seems lots of Gumballs or mini Gumballs are being organised and popping up and that perhaps takes away the fun of those types of events Yep we all get a choice of what to do and where to go, Its a shame these events are being organised when offical shows are on thats all, Every forum puts up yearly events calandars for the year, I have on a few occsions listed all the shows , dates and links, In doing that some members are missing out on either the Supra club events and or offical shows That was the point not that you don't have a choice, Not a confrontational question.

God knows, Its been common knowledge since April and the last big show of year before Jap Finale at Pod in April Then we have nothing then really until April 2007 with the kick off at Bolney 2007. (that will be my 5th year at Bolney)

Old news this, as we knew about this in April I will be going, Shame "yet another Gumball " has been organised on this date, without dates being checked first for all the important major events So there will be a few missing as they will be driving around the SE and missing a great day out, This is a massive event much bigger than the original Japfest held at Castle coombe each April

Just got one for my brother in laws Celica £32.00 inc delivery from http://www.cpc.co.uk Fits a Supra too. You could try the mast but 99% not succesful, here is how to change mast (if you can be bothered) 1. take top nut off Aerial , power up and retreive mast 2. Leave radio on and reinsert mast and gear strap and get a friend to turn the radio off, let the mast be drawn into the aerial case 3. re fit nut to be honest just fit a new Aerial

I will be at Japfest 2 that day, Thought most of the guys would have been going to that? and its a big event and the last biggy of the year before the Pod in October, as thats it pretty much until we start all over again in April 2007 with "Bolney 2007 " Seems alot of these types of events are being organised without first checking the dates for the years major events like Bolney, JAE, Japfest,Jap Finale, Trax etc etc Shame as we get to miss out of some of the events p.s oh there is also Jap peformance Sunday next Sunday if anyone was planning to head down

But its all good harmless fun, On the street, Petrol Stations , etc etc etc Best one recently was at the Warner Bros Cinema in Watford Took my lad and 2x friends to see Tokyo Drift, While they were in the loo I got the Supra and pulled up out front to wait for them, 45 mins later the wife rang and said "where are you the film finished nearly an hour ago?", Well the reason I was still there was around 30 people wanting their pic taken with my Supra and all the Q&A's But hey it was a laugh, And people seem to be always pointing a phone at mine , on the street or passing on the Motorway, But then i have graphics and Veilside so perhaps that is maybe why it stands out a little ... who knows..??? But its that what makes Supra ownership that little bit special

Fixed mine 8 mths ago, £0.38p and perfect Just go around the cone edge to speaker housing with insulation tape, so neat you'd never notice Cheaper than the Toyota £110.00 for a speaker .... 3 screws and cone comes out of housing

Its the monthly Ace Cafe meet on the 5th, Hope you get a few turn up though, Never done a BlueWater meet, Most people do the Ace though to be honest as its been running now for around 4 years +

Just wondered Is it worth putting up a downloadable or printable copy of the pass for us for Japshow @ Santa Pod, If it is accessed or made available for Logged in members only surely we shouldn't have any problems with anyone else printing them off . Just an idea Or will they be emailed to the members who have said they will be attending ??

I was there too... Trax is always good, but I thought this year was not as busy or had as many trade stands as previous years yes a long day and we got sunburnt too... worse still on way home the M1 South bound from 13 downwards was at a total stand still, so had to take the Scenic route back to Watford Were you in the Grey Supra going around the track with the Skylines ??

Thanks Spoke myself to Claire yesterday, All this gossip aye!! Apparantley Jap Performance Mag are getting involved with this meet possibily now and will be running a regular feature on it, Have a great time on hols, shame you can't make it, Its been months since seen you both and the Supe Hope perhaps to see you at Japfest 2 at the end of the month on the 30th Sept or at Jap Peformance Sunday on 24th Sept Andy

Don't rub it in... Just got back last week from 14 days in Cuba. Amazing place!! Oh and I celebrated my 40th out on a Catamaran on a real Tropical Oasis Island... Just heard from Lui he's just got back from Crete CELEBRATED HIS 40TH OUT THERE TOO... That makes me feel better now and I don't feel such an old git now.. HA HA HA
