  1. Funny i typed in chav scum and there was actually a website. PMSL ....
  2. Looks better on the car and its a small light on the Rex ..Supra light to big Sample pic off ebay
  3. you leave my park bench out of it i like my shopping list it gives her character and acts as a barrier when people open doors on her ha ha
  4. http://www.chavscum.co.uk/ It gave my MD at work histerics, never seen her laugh so much, She didn't know what a Chav was
  5. The RX8 graphic On the RX8 it looks great, and its small Many people and RX8 owner club members have asked is it a light from Mazda and can the light be purchased, I tell them its only a transfer which suprises some Wish people understood this chav term thing as everything these days seems to be chav if its not to peoples own taste, how can this be chav but neons and underbonnet neons etc not be.. Each to their own i suppose But i reckon this type of thing probably wouldn't suit the Supra as its a word rather than a model code, Apparantley this explains what a chav is http://www.chavscum.co.uk/ My MD at work laughed her head off reading some of the stuff on this site as she didn't know what a chav was :)
  6. No you doughnut Sally bought the RX8 graphic when she got the 2nd RX8 back January only just seen the Supra one he's listing,

    Hello there!

Welcome mate, Don't forget we have a big Supra Nite meet at the Ace Cafe London on Jan 24th 2007 hope to see you there
  8. Have it serviced could be something silly like plugs and leads
  9. mmm looking at it again all that money and still the silly foglamp... Floor matts are a no no and what is that thing under the rear bumper, Unusual colour though... different
  10. Nice seats, A while ago on ebay there was a modded FTO with the headlights done the same, the guy was selling it to build another show car, wonder if it was the same guy, strange as the lights are done the same, Looks nasty, but the car as a whole looks nice, unusual colour
  11. Why pointless, ?? The Skyline is a nice everyday car too, and comfortable and practical Neither of these cars were intended for track use just good performance road cars, My mate drives a Skyline with 500+ at the wheels as a everydayer with 70k of mods on it, only occasionally does he do track days and when he does thats usually only with the GTROC. You could say only buy a 911 if you only plan to do track days, most don't,
  12. Interesting that a few have mentioned the NA is more to insure than a TT ??? is this true ?? or is it just more to insure than a UK TT, I know the J Spec TT is more to insure than a UK TT, I never understand insurance, i thought grp 20 was the max yet i'm told my NA is a 26 and the Skyline i was interested in was a 35 (apparantley all Skylines are the same grp so if you can afford the GTR get one) My NA was £150 less to insure than my FTO, The wifes RX8 is only a 16 yet is more expensive to put right than the Supra I think insurance companies just put their finger in the air and think of a figure... But at £297.00 ayear fully comp + protection for my NA it is still cheaper beleive it or not for me than a 1.8 Mondeo cira 1993 (did a random on line quotes) A mondeo they wanted £395.00 for me:wtf:
  13. Got one of these on the RX8 If its the same guy from states they are just a black cut out sticker good quality and actually on the car you can't tell its a sticker, looks quite good and for so little money think we paid about a fiver inc postage
  14. NA you defo need the Manual ... no question although when sitting on the M25 i wish i'd bought a Auto ... LOL!!!
  15. mmm. good points The Skyline was more of a practical view e.g boot and space, and "comfort", the GTS modded by my friends garage to 350bhp will be suffient and still as good on fuel as my Supe, Just ideas at the moment, but i like the looks of the Supe and it has more road presence that the Skyline , My worry with the TT though would be high repair bills and fuel bills. we'll see........ house projects first though
  16. And i bet even now, you would still argue which was faster Fizzy or AP50 , Funny i went to a show and a few meets with it, and even now grown men were still arguing which was fastest, Then we'd have a blast down the road and my SS would slaughter the lot of them, lots of head scratching and people saying but these were slow if i remember right , I didn't tell them it had a 74cc top end..
  17. Have a few bits to do on the house first part of the year, May upgrade to a TT later in the year, or even get a Skyline ... lets see what 2007 brings
  18. I wish... LOL!! My lad works there now on Sundays, every 13yr old boys dream Surrounded by Skylines / Supra etc, You've probably seen his graphics advertised on my Supe which i did for this years round of meets and shows, I get free servicing though ... and cheap cars!!
  19. Not allowed its classed as illegal trading , PM me if you need details..
  20. Anyone own one of these?? Sold mine to a museam, Remember these ??? did you own one as a teenager Honda SS50 5 Speed I first owned it when i was 11 years old in 1977 and did it up in my Dads workshop, it was a 4 speed model red and with flat handlebars, I sparayed it blue fitted a tuned 5 spd engine and brakes and handlebars, , I started riding it in 1982 and sold it in 1983 when i passed my driving test, Even back in 82 i put a 72cc top end on it and had the fastest Moped in the village, even beat the fizzy boys, Anyway found it in 94 ( turns out same guy i sold it to in 83) Restored it back to its former glory over 12 mths and used it for 10 years on Summer days, However this time round i was a little more savvy with tuning, It has a 74cc top end geared right and i was clocked at 70mph on it (brave or what!) These are cult bikes now and if you have a Yamaha FSIE or AP50 in your garage you are looking at betwwen £600 - £3000 for mint versions. I sold it last year and its now in a Museam in Greenford.. Regret selling it as it was part of my teenage years ..But i visit her sometimes:(
  21. Just wondered if any of the traders on here can supply Facelift front indicators at cheaper prices if bought in quantity, Reason i ask is my friend who imports Skylines has been fitting these lamps into some of the Skyline bodykit front bumpers as they look more neater . From Jan he is basicall y concentrating purely in Skylines keeping approx 40 in stock at a time and is now in bed with Red Dot etc etc and some of the tuning houses, His plan is to offer a Skyline and you choose the upgrades, most models though will be sold with a std benchmark 400 bhp and will offer bodykits of your choice hence the lamps
  22. My point as always was i don't understand the don't buy "its slow" when mine isn't thats all I think i should perhaps do some more investigation into my car and find out if anthing special has been done, perhaps its had port work who knows??? as i have driven a few Autos that were not responsive, but they had just come over so perhaps needed ECU resets if they had spent their life poodling around the cities at 30mph out there
