If it's organic then it gets washed before eating. If it's not organic then it gets washed and peeled... too many pesticides/chemicals remain in the skin and won't wash off, cause all sorts of problems when you got dodgy guts like me! Plus, I don't want my Sprog full of nasty chemicals... she's a live-wire already and doesn't have artifical additives / flavourings / colourings / sweeteners... can you imagine what she would be like if she did!

Any my Sprog can quote verbatim in the car... drives me bloody nuts! Consequently she hasn't watched TV for the last 2 months! (Not as mean as it sounds, we've been watching the first 5 series of Smallville again, to save my sanity in the car!)

Had school in Luton phone me last week out-of-the blue, and offer me an interview for an unadvertised post. Went there Friday, got interviewed by the Head and Deputy... and the School Council (6 kids) ... new one on me! and was offered the job on the spot! Well chuffed! Crossed-fingers I pass my degree now lol! Oh yeah... don't know what year group I get yet, but it's a Junior school so only four years it could be! Have a sneaky suspicion it will be Year 6 coz I'm primary and secondary trained.

Told my Sprog when she was in Nursery if the 'bully' was smaller than her then go tell - if they were bigger then thump the bugger back! Probably wrong but she never had any problems after that. Mind you, she's starting school in Hertfordshire in September and has a thick Woollyback accent, so she's gonna get called a Scouser coz they won't know the difference down there. Poor kid... won't know anyone either!

Got about 10 ringtones for different people... won't bore you with them all but Papa Roach - Last Resort is my main ringtone (means in certain environments I have to pick it up quick before the F word comes in!), and GnR Sweet Child O'Mine for when my Sprog rings.

I'm not going either... Sprog has done a Kevin (as in Kevin and Perry) on me so her punishment is not going tonight . Unfortunately as there are no babysitters round here I can't go either! See you next time for my last NW meet.
