Mother's buying me HID kit for my birthday - need to know if our bulbs are H7 or H4... anyone know? Tried a search but nothing came up!

What a nightmare... got there, had breakfast, drove round and took some pics (on FaceBook) and left! Even Sprog thought doing homework was more appealling than staying there!

Mother has found WII sport and fit with board package for £248.95. at John Lewis... anyone heard of any better deals?

Have replaced my dash panel gearlever surround (auto) and ashtray as they have slight scrathes on them. Can't put photo on here as no longer have the software to reduce the file size of the photo... will take them to JapShow (and SupraPod) if anyone wants to make me an offer - no postage to pay that way! If not, I'll shove 'em on e-bay. Oh yeah... new gearlever surround costs about £60 new, and ashtray £20.

Thanks for that, will have a look at Play.co.uk too. Just to throw a spanner in the works, mother informs me today she is buying Wii console, Wii Fit and balance board for Sprog, and my nephew, and herself... any ideas if anyone does deals for buying 3x all of them?

Excuse my ignorance , not into computer games, but this is for The Sprog... Sprog has saved up for a Wii and the 'bits' that go with it. She would like:- console Wii Fit and balance board steering wheel, pedals and driving game(s) an extra controller (so she has one for her and one for a mate?) (makes no sense to me, hope it does to you). Been looking on e-bay etc and have no idea what a good price is. This is type of thing going, for about £320, but includes some bits she may not actually want:- EDIT: Link won't paste... Package includes Nintendo Wii Console Wii Sports (50 Games) Wii Fit & Balance Board (40 Activities) Wii Play (9 Games) 2 Wii Remote Controllers 2 Nunchucks Full 12 Month Nintendo Warranty All items are brand new, unopened / sealed and UK Nintendo Versions (not imports or 3rd party products). Is she best getting the console separately then buying all the gadgets? Can see the Wii fit and balance board goes for about £90, but can't seem to find a console, never mind the steering wheel and pedals! She wants to get it before the xmas madness begins. Thought you'd stopped babe! Still given up... not had one:). Patches are working for me; have wanted fags but have enough will-power not to succumb. Unfortunately I didn't really have the option of going cold-turkey - stopped the day after JAE, and back to school on the Wednesday - I'm really rather unpleasant without my nicotine fix! Just got to ween myself off the patches now, but at least I've stopped - lesser of the two evils, and I know I won't smoke again (promised Sprog).

Still off em! Got the 21mg patch on today, working much better. My worst place is the car, always want one when I'm in there, but not touched one once! Anyone that's given up (I gave before a long time ago so I can't remember)... am I gonna get a cough? Got this annoying tickle at the moment, just wondering if it's gonna get worse and whether I should get some Benylin in lol.

I smoked roll-ups too, so only spend about £6 a week on smoking - isn't going to make a great deal of financial difference! Picked a bad time to stop really; if I'd stopped at the beginning of the holidays I probably could have gone cold turkey, but I was moving house then so not a good time. Right now I've got Sprog's ear-holes to think of, and 32 little darlings when I go back to school - not fair on them to put up with my foul mood so I need the patches now, for my sanity and their well-being. Been to doctors this morning - got 21mg patches, plus lozenges if I need them. Sure it is all psychological. I've got an unopened packet of tobacco hidden away (as a 'comfort blanket' I guess). It's like chocolate I suppose - if I have a fridge full I never eat the stuff, but if there's none around I want it (like at JAE)! Thanks for all your advice guys/gals... keep it coming! I'm sure by 6pm I'll be ready to murder whoever's nearest (poor Sprog).

The 15mg patch was fine this morning, just it wore off instead of lasting the 16 hours it was supposed to! Don't want to use the inhalator as I want to break the habit as much as I want to stop the smoking. And I'm not smoking any, even one a day, I promised Sprog I'd stop today and I don't break promises. Poor kid has had to stay away for the last few hours to avoid having head bitten off! I reckon two 10mg patches a day might do me. Is that possible? Guess it must be if there's a 21mg patch!

I'm just about ready to commit murder now ... sent the Sprog to bed just in case! Going to the Doctors tomorrow to see if I can have more than one patch a day... maybe I won't put a patch before I see him and he can have the brunt of my foul mood to prove my point .

I just need the nicotine! I'm doing alright with the lack of hand-to-mouth (although I've not been in my car yet, that will be my worst place coz I could never get in the car without sparking up) so don't really want to use an inhaltor as it's just keeping up the habit. Don't drink tea/coffee or anything with caffeine in anyway (that was REALLY hard to give up), and I don't drink alcohol so I have no other vice to turn to (maybe I should get a boyfriend lol). Desperately trying not to stuff my face with food (managed so far) coz I need to lose the 2 stone I've put on in the last year as it is! Aaaggghhh!!!

Anyway, I've got the 15mg patches and it worked fine all morning, but now I'm desperate for a fag. Anyone else used them? Can you use more than one patch a day because it did work all morning, just seems to have run out of steam now, and I've got at least 5 hours before I go to bed!

I'm going, but not down the strip - too scared of my car blowing up (it's my only car, and I don't have the money to repair/replace if something goes wrong)!
