Babe, if you are doing your PGCE have you got a placement set up for the near future? I work at David Lister School in Hull and we take PGCE students, from Sheffield Hallam, so it would not be unusual for someone from over the pennines. What I am getting at is if you looked around for a placement, perhaps there would be a teacher that could put you up, if you came to ours I could ask around for you!?! What area are you studying?

Well it was sunny and warm, I was at home so I thought I would let my girlfriends rabbit out of its hutch, into the garden. Fudge, was scampering about and enjoying the sun, so I though I would leave her to it and go inside for sometime. Any way I decided to go out and I thought I better get the rabbit in, could not find her anywhere - behind the shed, NO! Oh no I have lost the rabbit, how do I explain this to my girlfriend? Well I was at the front of the car, taking a quick look at the front, when I heard a scuffle, so upon opening the bonnet, this is what I was confronted with! She had clambered in through the front and was scampering about on the undertray. I wonder if I can train her to do jobs for me?

No No No, dont do it :thumbdown ACETONE will break up the oil particles, it is an extremely good solvent. It has a double bonded oxygen which has spare electrons for bonding, so it likes to jump in between the huge hydrocarbon chains what we call oil. I used all the time when I was working up experiments, as it is a perfect solvent for seperating emulsions, mixtures. So as everyone else is saying do not do it! If you are trying to go faster, or clean the system, you would be better to buy kerrosene (paraffin). Check on the side of any injector, octane booster and the main constituent will be that. I might get my PHd buddy to run some octane boster through a mass spec, so I can get the ingredients to make it myself. If there is anything silly or new to try at work, I am the one who always gets asked to do it!

Mine pulls hard through the range, check out my signature for the spec! Pulls very well above 5000rpm when the throttle is fully open, with the induction kit I have sounds like a turbo whistling.

Green flags' top of the line product cost me £134.00 a year and that includes cover whilst abroad. Excellent value for money, and the fact that they then franchise thier services to garages means they would probably get to you faster? Not that the Supra would break down!

I have done the same and gone with some Headers, via Winston Wolf. Definetly pulls better, the revs seem to pick up faster and there is a rasp to the exhaust now. Fantastic, doubt this is just a placebo effect, as the makers claim power gains. Although BHP might not have gone up significantly, the quicker revs, obviously will increase the affect. I knew someone who got bitten by a spider and she came out in quite a rash, very unusual though! Spiders do nest, and they are extremely protective over thier nests, especially to other spiders. The babies hatch and leave the nest immediately, as the mum, will end up eating them! Like the "urban legend" about inhaling or eating spiders, nice! Ought to write to myth busters with that one. First time I have heard about the necrotising virus, that is bloody nasty, seen the damage that does in a medical journal and it makes your stomach turn!

I like it! It is very low, apparently in a magazine I saw this, and its only something like 50" tall. Would prefer something with a wing!
