I Have just booked & reserved 50 club stand passes for this big event .

For the club stand to happen everything has got to be booked & paid for through the club by 31st JULY & I have manage to get a great discount on tickets at only £10.00 per person by booking in advance

& KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 ARE FREE.

 

To get hold of your passes please use visit the

online shop to pay your £10.00 per person

 

The booking form will be handed in at mid July confirming to them with the total amount of Supra's going & passes required.

I will then let you all know when to PM me your addresses to send passes out, which should be all with me within the first week of May ready for sending out.

To get hold of entry tickets simply visit the

online shop

 

You will need to register a new account unless you have previously created one, the events system is not yet linked to the forum.

 

Then go to the Japfest Evolution 2010 event, simply put in how many tickets you require and also give details of numbers of Club Stand passes and entry tickets you needed.

 

When checking out we need Registration number, car make and model and forum name. Without that we may not be able to tie your booking to your entry.

 

!!! Total price is £10 per person entry fee which includes your club stand pass !!!

 

Once you have added your name to list just confirm you have made payment & how many entry tickets you paid for

Folks, this should be a great second day to the Suprapod weekend. All those who wanted track time instead of drag can book themselves on for time on track at Rockingham.

 

I'm also going to see if we can get a hospitality booth up in the grandstands.

 

So definitely worth booking in, and at £10 entry it is a bargain.

 

So book in folks, there will also be a convoy from near Santa Pod on the Sunday morning for those at Suprapod.

Need to start adding names down & paying up ASAP ONLY £10 PER PERSON FOR GREAT DAY OUT as the Japfest 2 organisers need to know by first week of July what sort of size club stand is needed for us !!!

I believe the club stand pass includes an entry ticket, all for the great value of £10 per person.

 

So you should be fine. Which reminds me, I better get mine paid for too as I want to go to this the day after Suprapod.
