movistar
Anyone seen this just spoke to the guy and he has no history with it and its still in kph and says it has a boost fault? might go and take it off his hands:D http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280153606248&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=
SupraGirlie
I'm sure I saw that on Ebay not long ago. That's my dream Supra though! Does the fact it's an NA-T make it worth less?
movistar
Na-T?? its a proper tt engine and gearbox transplant...these only came in auto spec as far as iam aware so if you want a manual tt aero you do this or change an auto to manual or did you mean coz its been converted? Or am i completely wrong...anybody
markssupra
It's not an N/A T conversion from those pics, looks like a TT engine and gearbox swap. TT Aero does only come with auto box, unless its LH drive

tooquicktostop
I would want to know what the boost issue was first, it could be as simple as a leak or it could be an engine or turbo problem ?, why did he not mention the issue in the add under bad bits, that drives me crazy I would be taking someone who really knows their stuff for a test drive before I parted with almost 8K IMO

Pabs
this car has been spoken about before, as it's been doing the rounds on ebay for a while. I seem to remember the original advert being terrible - contradicting itself, and i think it even said he was selling for a friend but then went on to say the missus wants a smaller car?!?! Pabs
Here's the original thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=122986 Owner only bought it in June. Original add here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320119683757 So he's trying to make a profit on a car that is faulty, and potentially why he's trying to shift it. Pabs
BTW, the original sale in June said it had a "faulty turbo". Make of that what you will.
Soop Dogg
And don't forget that when you go to insure it, you can't go telling the insurance company it's an import TT - you have to tell them it's a modified N/A. That can bump your premim up considerably.
