hi everyone knows the score with the side skirt issue., all i got on the last pm was, ill have to see my mate, im not getting out of pocket. no more , the lad has had my money for 3 weeks now, and personally, he should pay up , because no matter what he if hes selling items for his mate, i dealt with him and not his mate, and hes still posting goods on here today, i feel as a newbie ,and him a moderator, and knowing the score with parts , let down. as he is a representive of the club itself. can anyone get in touch with him, or can the mods have another word. the parts i got can be got at a starting price of 1p http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-Mkiv-Side-Vents-in-Silver-finish_W0QQitemZ250075094313QQihZ015QQcategoryZ10428QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

  • 2 weeks later...
But he was selling it for a friend. That absolves him of any responsibility.

No it doesn't. If you bought a TV from Dixons and it was faulty you wouldn't expect to be fobbed off and told to take the problem to the manufacturer who could be in Shanghai. When you buy goods your contract is with the vendor not the person who supplies the vendor.
