Guest Terry S
I use Mobil 15/50 motorsport I have experienced high oil consumption in two different engines when using 0/40 oil.
Justin
Terry, would that Mobil 15/50 be good for a BPU+ Supe? I only ask because I know that yours is a monster and has different needs than a bpu. I am using alot of oil and am thinking of switching to the thicker stuff that you use. Cheers J. Chris Wilson
If it's using a lot of oli it's not because of the viscosity of the oil you are using. It's probably ring or piston trouble, or valve guides or seals. Mayber turbo seals. Have you been running over 1.2 bar boost at all?
