It has been snowing pretty badly yesterday and over-night, and has since frozen. was travelling to a mates and to get there i have to go down this narrow lane.

Taking it really slowly i go round a corner, and the car slides sideways into the hedge! (the lane has no verges, the hedge is right on the edge of the lane) Luckily i was going slow enough so that the branches of the hedge stopped me, and i didn't go right into the hedge and cause some real damage.

no dints or dings, just a lot of scratches all down the side of the car. bollocks!!

it's gonna take a lot of T-Cutting hopefully they will come out or it's respray time.

Take it Really Really easy out there!

Mate you don't even have to be in the car for it to crash in snow. Last year the bit of snow we got I was papping my pants on an untreated road at less than 10 mph and a huge queue of traffic behind me as I slid all the way along the road. I put her in the work carpark (again an untreated surface) the force of me shutting the door when I got out pushed the car into a slide. Luckily there was no car in the slot next to mine and I managed to slip slide/run around and get between it and the nearest car. So yeah fellas take it real easy out there.

Cheers for the comments Guy's

it was a very horrible moment hearing the branches scrape all over the side of the car!

The worst bit though was driving away from the hedge as there was no traction so was scraping along very slowly indeed!:(
