Scooter
Have to say that I'm not really into my politics/politicians as I think in the main they aren't allowed to be people but are hamstrung by party politics and the fact that the media are trying to catch them out. So I just found the Farage video to people of the media very interesting, especially about bias and the effect of disinterest or ignorance (he was saying how he could never get any sort of coverage as an MEP - and was one since 1999!?) When you think about it these days you don't see politicians on the TV much do you? Fewer characters beyond the publicised leaders? mc92
The news media has too much control over politics in this country.
MaveriK
Very interesting clips and true, i dont think i have heard anything other than negativity from the media on Brexit and the opportunities it will "hopefully" afford us. Thats if May doesnt manage to sign us up for a worse deal than we are on at the moment, i certainly dont want to be tied in when the next round of bail outs occur.
