Wheels finally arrived and look much better in person than the generic Google images.

Not as light as the Rays, but arent far off at just over 10kg per wheel.

Promptly booked a slot at A-Line Dudley to have the Tyres fitted and Wheels Balanced.

Decided to strip the Calipers and give them a nice clean & paint. Re-fitted and Bled with AP Racing Fluid before fitting the wheels on. Much better, although the front could do with some new Pads.

Fitment is spot on and super happy with how she's looking. (excuse the dirty paintwork...)

Our Cusco shipment landed too. So got stuck in and pulled my Strut Brace from the masses of other parts on the Pallet.

Well, I finally got the Car washed last night after months of neglect.

I've forgot how much I missed having a clean Car. So much so, that I have just spent a shed load on some Meguiars valeting gear and bought myself a Snow Foam Lance for the Jetwash and a big 5l bottle of Snow Foam... :D

Luckily, my colleague bought in his Camera today, so we popped out at lunch time to grab some snaps.

So the Car is off the road for a few days after taking delivery of the Front Mount Intercooler and Pipes (plus some new Oil and a Filter)

The Car is all stripped down, Intercooler fits pretty much, just need to modify the Bumper support Bar and make some lower brackets to hold it all up. Thats a job for tonight...

Then I'll need to trim the bumper and finish plumbing it in (once my reducer pipes arrive)

Looking forward to seeing how much of a difference it will make compared to the stock unit.

Not posted on here much lately, been a busy few months with everything. Decided to list it for sale (again) then deciding to keep it (again) and am now saving my pennies for a complete R154 Manual Conversion...

Picking up from where I left off, the Intercooler was bolted up but waiting on a couple of reducer hoses from SFS to plumb it all in.

This Cooler is huge! I had to chop out a whole heap of plastic from the bumper, whilst mounting it as high as possible, without messing around with the Headlamp mounts. It does poke out from just under the bumper by just over an inch

Well, not wanting to spend big bucks on a skirt kit yet, the cheap eBay spec lip did the job nicely lol

Managed to get on to my first Drift day at Birmingham Wheels not too long back. This was a private day with a few friends and heaps of track time to be had in the afternoon we had booked.

The Car was faultless, having never drifted an Auto before, it went stupidly well. Even managed to do a few complete laps, drifting the entire track, including the straights.

Did a crap GoPro video too, which shows my progression over the day and an incredibly close call with the wall

A few weeks later, I was fortunate enough to secure a free drivers slot at Birmingham Wheels again with the ProDrift Academy guys, for their Charity Drift Day.

No video this time, but again, the car was faultless and a few friends managed to grab some snaps for me :)

Absolutely stoked with how the car has been, but I do think being an Auto, she'll struggle on larger tracks with bigger corners.

Also, I finally bit the bullet and changed the Stereo to something newer, sick of listening to Radio 2 on the JDM spec head unit! lol

Small update, not doing much with the Car right now as the Winter draws in, but have decided to bite the bullet and invest in a manual conversion.

Spoke to Garage-D, who had most of the parts in I need (Half Prop, Clutch Pedal, Slave Cylinder, Manual Dash Panel)

Also grabbed a Braided Clutch line from Hel Performance.

All arrived today,

Also popped a deposit down on a remote shifter R154

So just need to sort a Clutch, Flywheel and Transmission Tunnel section and we are ready to go :)

Hoping this will re-ignite my love for the car!
