The old mot Certs aren't changed, and the online history just continues. ie doing an mot history check on its current plate will give you all the mot back till when it first started going online whether it's had 20 regs plates or one. Mine's had some milage 'variance' it would seem, went from 35,757 miles in 2008 to 4,887 in 2009...
