Chris Wilson Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 If number 5 cylinder has an ignition issue, or an over fuelling (injector?) issue it will suffer some bore wash and read low. Add a teaspoon of engine oil down each cylinders spark plug hole, disable injectors, spin on starter still with plugs out for 10 seconds and re test. I don't think I've ever read in any repair manual the option "If x problem exists, give it the shoe and it will be fine"...... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
