Average stats??

Hi guys,

Sorry if this comes across as a bit of a nosey question:

What is the average age of guys (and gals) on here that are insuring their supras?

I'm currently looking to buy my first at the age of 25 with 2 years NCB (no accidents, just named driver :() and just wondering who would be the best insurer(s) to look at for my age bracket? I'm looking to get a TT.

I've had a quick search but I could only see threads asking for everyones general age (unrelated to insurance).

I plan on doing a bit of shopping around (standard really!) but are there any places that are just not worth enquiring with? I'll be using the supe as a daily driver (including commuting 2-3 times a week)

Cheers,

Jordan

im 28 with 9 years no claims, TT all mods declared limited mileage on classic insurance. under £200 a year. But alot of that will be down to location etc..

It really is a pointless question im afraid as it can vary greatly.

Best bet is to just use a comparison website.

Yeah sorry I know its a bit vague as stats can vary from person to person, I thought comparison websites would be rubbish for this type of car though? (considering the mods etc)

I had a rough price from Flux of about £800 a year with mods declared but said I should phone them for an accurate quote!

That's not a bad price.

I've been thinking that but I see some posts on here of people getting quotes for like £200-500 a year and wonder what the average age of these drivers are and what sort of ncb people have? I know location can play a big factor but I wouldn't want people posting that on an open forum so looking to get a general idea. Glad someone else thought it wasn't too bad a price though :)

Think I might get it cheaper if I give them a ring :D

Thanks for the information so far gents!
