I bet the split rim is leaking rather than a puncture.

I've had it happen with a few split rims over the years, remove the tyre, seal the split rim with decent layer of tiger seal or similar, once it's set put refit the tyre.

I'll be putting some Volk Te37s on hopefully within the next few weeks, so I can take a look at my split rims when I swap over my wheels :thumbs:

Just to add about your Tyre/ wheel air leak, would be worth removing the wheels from the car, inflate to 40psi and soak in soapy water solution and see where the leak is coming from, like checking the bike innertubes, as I find the inner and outer beads (between tyre and rim) can also leak from rubber & corrosion build up over the years, in addition to the plausible above mentioned split rim joint itself.
